Superb little hotel.
Fabulous hotel with wonderful staff. Big shout out to Inma for booking restaurants for us and generally taking care of us. Our room was a fair size for the most basic, and the windows opened to let air in, plus the a/c worked well to heat the room. Great shower. Lovely large and soft towels. Toiletries nice tho no hand/body lotion which was missed (I was backpack only so hadn’t taken my own) Bed & pillows were extremely comfortable. Robe & slippers much appreciated. A wardrobe which had interior lights - one of life’s little bonuses! The bar/reception area is nice and comfortable too. The outside patio is attractive though not warm enough for us in January to sit out. The only downside is the access area to the hotel; lots of graffiti (and that’s a huge problem in most of Palma city…) but once you’re inside, it’s a little piece of paradise. Highly recommended.

Loved it
Amazing stay. Hotel in great location in the old town. Superb customer service. Everyone so friendly and very helpful. Fabulous beds. Rooms are around a lovely Spacious courtyard. There is also a small rooftop pool with 4 beds. All in all delightful.
