Quiet location in the centre of Palma. Lovely old style suite with sandstone walled interior. Friendly reception staff & barman. Good wi-fi. The cleaning staff were a bit hit & miss - had to go to reception for towels, coffee, etc, but room was very clean. This hotel is very good, but the service inconsistencies need addressing.

Excellent property in great location - 5 mins walk from Cathedral and city centre, 25 mins easy walk to the beach. Rooftop seating area has lovely views and staff will bring drinks up from bar for you too. Breakfast was great, staff very pleasant and helpful. Comments on room 208 A damp smell in there when we arrived but didn’t notice after a couple of days. The extractor fan in bathroom didn’t seem to work so maybe that was why? Room could do with some hooks / rails to hang towels to dry - we had to ask to have fresh towels every day as the used ones didn’t dry properly. The wardrobe doors were at head height when opened and were a bit of a hazard but we got used to ducking under them! Overall the room was a good size and the bed very comfortable, with just a couple of minor niggles that didn’t ruin our stay. We will be back! Thankyou.

Wonderful hotel!
This hotel was absolutely perfect. It was exactly what I wanted. Excellent location clean and well appointed inside, but still had a little Spanish rustic charm. The staff was incredible. I wish I had stayed here my whole trip.

The hotel is situated in a beautiful part of Palma that’s easily walkable to main highlights. Service was exceptional with hotel staff anticipating our needs and going above and beyond. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and modern. Beautiful rooftop space for drinks and sauna in the basement. We will stay here again the next time we are in Palma!

The property was fantastic and large rooms. Above all, the staff was fantastic. A particular mention goes to Lisa, who made us feel super comfortable and even surprised my wife with a birthday treat in the room.

Absolutely love this hotel! The location is incredible, nestled in the old town. Staff are wonderful, friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and beautiful decor. Cannot fault it.

Staff is not particularly friendly at reception.The place is impossible to reach by car and the booking confirmation does not give any directions. The staff couldn't care less. Also, we were refused a 1pm late checkout which is bizarre given that we stayed in low season. We will not book this place again. It's not worth the money.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean, well decorated rooms with lots of amenities. The spa is small, but it was never busy. I think they were having a bit of trouble with the steam room-it wasn't always hot even when turned on. But everything else was perfect. Would stay there again.

The hotel is located near the cathedral which is a great. The roof top is just breath taking. You can see the old monastery next door which still has 14 or so nuns that live there. You can just relax on the roof top in a lounge chair until the stars shine enjoying a cocktail and feeling the breeze from the ocean.

Lovely property...unfortunately due to a very delayed flight from Barcelona, we only enjoyed the comfort of the bed and then had an early morning departure with our friends. We would definitely stay here again.

Just returned from a weekend in Santa Clara. It’s the perfect location to explore the city, and 10 minutes from the beach. Staff were amazingly helpful and friendly. We’d definitely return.

I was a little bit underwhelmed by the property after reading such rave reviews. My experience is mostly based on the room we were given on the first floor right next to the restaurant. Each morning we were awaken by loud noise coming from the restaurant as they were preparing breakfast. Also, our room was inundated with ants crawling everywhere, especially in the bathroom. Lastly, we were rubbed the wrong way by one of the front desk staff (Paco). When asked for recommendations and suggestions we felt he was a little rude. He just gave off an uncomfortable vibe instead of a welcoming presence. Overall, the hotel was average. We would probably not stay here next time we visit Palma.

The patio at Santa Clara was one of our favorite places in all of Mallorca--we used it every night before and after dinner! The desk staff were very helpful and had really great recommendations; they informed us of the free bikes we could use, the spa, and they helped us rent a vehicle one day. Cons: The only criticism to our stay was that we were on the first floor by the cafe so in the morning when they were making coffee it was extremely loud so if you have a family or are a light sleeper, you may want to request another level. We also asked for our room to be cleaned each day, which they did but they would leave all our water bottles around and not really tidy anything up--just make the bed and fresh towels.

Excellent accommodation located in a quiet location near to the Cathedral. Excellent restaurants only a few minutes away. The roof terrace was especially nice and a great place for a beer or glass of wine and watching the sun set over the Carhedeak. Staff were very friendly too.

A real gem!
Brilliant hotel. The most comfortable bed I’ve slept in in a hotel and a really good sized room. Real highlight was the roof terrace with breathtaking views of Palma. Lovely location in the old town. Tucked away but just a short walk from all of the sites. Spa isn’t fantastic but a nice added extra. Only slight criticism was that we had a room on same level as restaurant and it was a bit noisy first thing when preparing breakfast. Other than that, couldn’t fault the stay! Highly recommend a visit!
