Beautiful resort area. Also great location for seeing the east to west on south side of island. We visited San Juan amd thought we made a good choice staying in Humacao.

When I arrived they gave me an apartment that was in terrible conditions. Spoke with management and in two hours they allocate us in an updated apartment. Overall we had a great time after this inconvenience. Staff and administrator were awesome. Easy parking, excellent transportation, walkable distance to the beach and felt safe at all times. My best advice will be to check your room first. It’s a beautiful resort and will definitely visit again.

Everything was great except that their WiFi. Their wifi was down and the staff would say that they were fixing it and never did. Was there for almost a week. So be ready for that if WiFi is something you really need for work or kids… this might not be a place to stay, besides that it was a nice place to stay.

Nice and peaceful
The place was nice and peaceful. There were a few things that I wasn’t happy and it was accessible to charge my devices in the bedroom also the power went out in the night for about an hr. No breakfast accessible either at the time I checked out. But overall is nice place with great views.

Ricardo and in registration desk area the people were friendly the situation was the Villa no one tells us it has a lot of stairs to get in and out and in the Villa the beds are worst the room need to give maintenance to the closet door of the master room and in the kitchen the knife were not sharpen so they are very dangerous and we will need a cutting board and the salt and sugar souvenirs are old with humidity. The promotion was not satisfied, it did not meet our expectations.

It was a pleasant vacation. Things that bothered me: there was only one pool because of some kind of repair and they never mentioned this at check-in. The a/c in the villa's room was EXTREMELY cold and even when we set it at a higher temperature it wouldn't change. You either had to turn it off for a while or just take the freezing cold and not sleep well. The beds are not comfortable. Other than that, it was a fun vacation.

Nice area but needs a lot of updating
Upon arrival we did get early check in that was the good.. Now to the bad.. The place needs updating.. It is Dated for such a nice neighborhood.. Both TVs ate dated and aren’t smart TVs so no option of streaming anything and no USB connections.. Then the remotes didn’t even work. No ice on property anywhere.. The Wi-Fi was hard to set up and once we got it connected was very slow and choppy.. Then I called the front desk for help got no answer after almost 10 minutes I hung up and had to get up and walk to front desk.. for such a big place the pool was very small.. My stay was very disappointing..

there is no Lyft and it would be by a wing and prayer to get an Uber eventually. Highly recommend a car to travel off the resort or expect to pay $$$ to get around

Really tough to check in. Have to carry luggage super far and up and down steps. Parking is far away. Internet code needs special instructions for apple devices. Crowded.

Excellent hotel, at least the villa where I stayed is very convenient. One bedroom, full kitchen, washer, dryer, dishwasher. Two pools, beach. Very quiet. Unfortunately this site is not handicap friendly. Stairs everywhere and no ramps.
