Good location

Everything at the hotel was great except we got on room on Xmas Eve where the heat couldn't be regulated. Traveling with my 97 yr old Mother who requires warmth it just didn't happen. Hotel did everything they could, even offering another room but moving after we had unpacked was just too much for an elderly person. Staff was great but couldn't fix the heat

Softball Tournament

We were here for a softball tournament... The room was spacious and clean. Main drawback was the shower pressure, hardly enough to rinse the shampoo from my hair. Hot breakfast was good and there was an attentive staff lady who made sure nothing ever ran out. Close to many other restaurants and fast food places.

reasonably priced for where I wanted to be.

Pros: Everything else
Cons: just the two above mentioned items.
Location: Some great terrain int he mountains and the desert. Edwards AFB.
All good with the exception that the bacon was not sufficiently cooked and the link sausage was inedible..

Convenient location in Palmdale

Fabulous staff! They could not have been nicer or more accommodating! When we arrived (later in the evening) on a Sunday, we were assigned a second floor room...and a broken elevator. We are older. So one of the desk associates immediately offered to bring our luggage up the stairs for us with a promise that the elevator would be fixed the next day. It was. The room was very nice, spacious, clean, but the shades by remote would not elevate/Open. Management offered to change our room..we thought it not necessary..but finally were convinced..they moved everything down the hall for us..to an upgraded room. We stayed for 6 nights and enjoyed our stay immensely. The woman that runs the operation for the breakfast is friendly, helpful and so welcoming. So as you can see...the staff is the biggest plus for the hotel. In general, the hotel is lovely, and clean, breakfast is ample & nicely presented. Whatever issues presented themselves the staff did their very best to work around them. Nice stay!

I stay at this hotel whenever visiting Palmdale for business. As always the employees, the property, and my hotel room continue to please me. The property is well maintained. The rooms are clean, modern and technologically current for the business traveler. The thing that impresses me most are the employees. They're happy! They genuinely like to ensure their guests are happy. I recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.

Hampton Inn Suites Palmdale

The worst customer experience i have ever received 28/10/2017. Checkin was given a room (141) to find that it hand not been cleaned then realised that someone was still in this room as i found suitcases etc. I went to reception and was basically called a liar and that this was impossible, so they sent the head maid, who funnily enough confirmed what i had said The receptionist then gave me another room (211) now on the second floor, i said that this was unacceptable and the situation that had just happened also. The reply took me back, and i quote “Because you booked through a third party (expedia) there is nothing i can do. If you had booked directly with us then we would refund you”. So basically tough! No apology nothing. I was so enraged i called hilton directly on the telephone, who did apologise and said that you are a paying guest, it shouldn’t matter, service is service. However i do need to contact expedia to get a refund, as they will contact Hampton directly. NOT a good start to this hotel, i stay in a lot of Hamptons in the US, I’m even booked into one tomorrow, which I’m currently regretting. Lets hope things get better from here on out?

I was going through a day i never want to relive even to think of it NOW is troubling . however my stay here was uplifting and remarkable.
