Mixed feelings

Overall we had an OK stay. It's so mixed because we didn't have the best check-in process. There's one lane for cars to pull up and we got stuck in the driveway longer than expected. The reservation was in my name but they weren't going to let my husband check in with our intinerary number while I was in the back of the car with sleeping child. When he got annoyed, they did let him. We got to our room and found the rooms to be dated and spider webs in our bathroom with dead fruit flies in them. Yuck. The pool area was nice (also a little dated) but I'm allergic to bees and they were a problem on one side of the pool. Nice that someone came out on Saturday to take drink orders poolside it gave me a better impression of the place. Had a GREAT experience sitting at a fire table on the patio with a glass of wine and water fountain next to us. Lovely. It was An OK stay just lots of plus's and minus's. Breakfast was great; good food, great service every day, friendly staff. Not sure I'd come back but if you're looking for some good amenities and not as concerned with having a fancy room it will work for you.

Excellent location and wonderful staff!

Staying in local hotels for a family members hospital visit. Due to uncertainty of duration wound up staying at a few places. Crowne Plaza was by far the best place we stayed!

Never again

I hated it. Not only did we spend over $300 to stay we also had to pay $25 to park there. Really!!! That's crap. The room sucked too. The ceiling was falling apart and the ac didn't go lower that 75. Garbage hotel

Great choice in Palo Alto

We live nearby and stayed at the Crowne Plaza just to get away for a night. From start to finish we had a great stay! At check-in, Rose was super warm and helpful - great start. The room was nicely appointed and comfortable. The pool is great and we were blessed with fantastic weather. There were two events happening during our stay and we were surprised (happily!) that we barely heard a thing. If you are staying in the area for business, the location is really good - decent access to both freeways and located right in between Palo Alto and Mountain View.

Absolutely Perfect!

This was the absolute best hotel I have ever had the chance to stay in. the beds felt amazing, to service was exceptionally speedy, so clean and tidy, and the breakfast was great, I wish that hotels.com would have mentioned there is a parking fee of 12.00 as that made me a bit upset for not knowing before I went there but that is in no way the hotels fault.

Parking is senseless and expensive at $12-$15

Get ready to pay $12-$15 for parking at a location that has no shortage of parking and is not in a big city that would justify having to pay. You literally pay to park in the suburbs.
