Remember that it is a hostal, not a hotel with full ammenities. But it is a nice place. The receptionist is super nice. I totally recommend this Hostal.

One of the nicest hotel/hostels I’ve stayed in, anywhere. Compact but comfy rooms, good beds and pillows. Shower is tight but serviceable. Strong wi-fi. Steps to everything, including some of the best tapas restos and mini-marts.

Great location
This hotel is in a great location. It was clean and met our needs. My only complaint is with the shower. You can’t turn it on when you’re not in it, otherwise it sprays across the bathroom because it’s super tiny.

Perfect location. Simple rooms, comfortable bed, very clean. Staff very friendly. Entrance a bit dingy, but room bright and airy. Outside noisy late evening, but to be expected in the city centre. No facilities, but very close to lots of cafes, bars and restaurants.

Place was in the middle of everything. Plenty of shops, cafes, bars. Fun area to hang out. Close to center and train station. Noisy but expected that based on the location.

It is a centric location, ideal to walk around tge historic center and 20 minutes walking to the football stadium. The room is basic but funcional, just find for a short stay like a weekend.

Fun place to be in Pamplona
Excellent front desk person gave us great advice about eating places. No elevator to bring bags up to room but she helped carry them. AC was not working well but it was to be fixed the day we left. All in all a great location one street off of the main Plaza, lots of wonderful restaurants and a great ice cream place right down the street!

The best Hostal that I have ever stayed in ! Right in the middle of the city beside the main restaurant area and convenient parking (costs 12euro a day but freedom to come and go if you want)Recently refurbished and great value for money

Good Location
The location is great. Less than 10 minutes walking from bus stop. Very close to the main square and old town. Lots of restaurants and boutiques nearby. The view from my balcony was a nice street view. The heating worked good. Much better quality than other rooms I have booked in northern Spain. The showerhead was broken and sprayed water all over the bathroom, but other than that I had no complaints.

Nice hotel in a great location
I had a nice stay here. The room was very clean and modern. The hotel is also in a great location, in the old town area. The only issue I had was that the reception was only open from 14:00 to 22:00 and there was no out of office phone number anywhere at the reception desk in case of any issues or emergencies. The telephone number for this hotel on hotels.com also did not work, however I did eventually manage to find the correct telephone number on google, so it all worked out in the end.

bicycle Camino, from Seattle USA

Great Location, great price, a few improvements
The location was perfect! The price was great. I am bicycling the Camino. After booking I asked by email if they could store my bicycle, they emailed back contact us in a couple months. My bicycle rental company finally arranged to drop my bike off at another property they own nearby and informed me, but the hostel didn't. It turned out just fine, but they dropped the ball on that bit of customer service. The facilities were very clean and modern. Tiny shower, but standard. As too the room and my stay, I only have three complaints. (1) On Friday night lots street noise till 4 AM. Ear plugs didn't help. Better windows or window coverings would have helped. Avoid rooms on the street side during weekends. (2) As a Camino pilgrim I thought and tourist information said, they should have a stamp or sello. The staff told me to go to a competitor to get my stamp. (3) The Wi-Fi sucked! I have so far used my computer to log onto Wi-Fi in a 7 euro & 10 euro Albergue, two hostels and a 3 star hotel. I couldn't use their Wi-Fi and on two different days the different staff told me it was my problem and the system was working for their cell phone. When I went to their competitor to get my stamp, I was able to us the competitors Wi-Fi to connect to home. They need to make a major change in Wi-Fi, as I have not had a problem with any other place I have stayed. If they don't fix the Wi-Fi or you don't care about it and you ask for a room away from the street, go there.

Nice hostal, convenient to Plaza del Castillo.
Very nice hostal and very convenient location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were generous with nice appointments. Only negative was that our room 201 faced an interior courtyard, but had no night drapes. Lights around the interior of the hostal activated by motion sensor, so we were woken a few times at night when guests arrived or left. Overall, though, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.
