Amazing hotel Close to everything and the front desk gave directions to everything I wanted to find. Excellent breakfast and staff Thank you for a wonderful overnight stay on my way to Saint Jean-de-Pied to start my Camino.

Location was very good. Staff were good. Hotel room facing street had very poor acoustic insulation - street noise & people talking on street kept me up all night.

What an excellent hotel. Certainly worth its star rating, if not more. Exceptional room. Great breakfast, but no evening restaurant – thought that would be a problem, but after one night eating out, I can see why; there are so many great eateries in Pamplona that no one would stay inside the hotel to eat!! Excellent location with good parking, 15-minute walk from hotel to the centre of all that is Pamplona. Will use this hotel again if and when we come back to this amazing city.

Goof location
stayed for one night before the San Fermin festivity. We should have book this hotel for more days because of its proximity to city center and to all events.

The security staff during the night was terrible. Asking very aggressive about the wrist band to go in. I tried to explain him i just arrived and didn't have any wrist band, i had to tell him i am go in and call the police if you want. After traveling all day the last thing i want was to argue. Hotel is awesome and the ubication excellent.

Nice decor & underground parking great for motorcycles but a little expensive at 9 euros each bike when can fit in one bay, as quiet the bar wasn’t open till 5 so we walked round corner to a park area with nice outdoor bars, breakfast very good choice, nice coffee.

Great location, easy walk to old town and on the Way of St. James. They mention car parking is available but this must be reserved in advance and it seem that parking is limited. There is an underground city lot across the street so there are alternatives. Nice, large room. Friendly, helpful staff

The restaurant was not open but Omar at the reception desk gave an excellent recommendation. We did not have breakfast at the hotel but eat in local cafes much cheaper . We used the on site car park which although not cheap gave us peace of mind for our two night stop . The room 806 was a very good size but was dark because of the lighting The hotel was very central We would recommend it

Good location , friendly and very helpful staff , very clean but you can hear everything from the guest next door to your room which is such a pity .Some guests don’t care having a loud television on untill after midnight . Would be nice for the hotel to put some rules on the noice level .

STAY HERE!
My husband and I had a beautiful stay at this hotel. We rented a suite and had so much space to entertain some friends that were also in town. The room was always clean and the staff was friendly. I used the hair salon because I was attending a wedding; highly recommend. I don’t speak Spanish but the front desk was very helpful with booking my appointment. The hotel is within walking distance of many restaurants and sights. We just loved staying here and highly recommend!!
