We had a 2 night stay and the locatoon of the hotel was perfect. It is a friendly family run hotel, basic however eveything was just right. Breakfast was delicious and at a reasonable price.

Excellent place with beautiful and pleasant holders. Very clean. Very friendly stuff, as it you stay in local family. Pool with Pamukkale water is excellent!

Great place to stay within walking distance of Pamukkale national Park and town centre. We enjoyed the pool after the walk. We also had a very nice dinner there. Very friendly owners. Place was very clean.

Beyaz Kale in Pamukkale
Run by a couple, the lady tried to be nice but couldn't speak english well and when her husband got involved he was a little gruff and unfriendly. To be fair it was the weekend after the Ramadan festival and he said he was pretty burned out with family and being very busy. When we left in the morning there was absolutely no one around, we weren't offered breakfast but they did give us each an extra pillow. The room was also pretty noisy. Not for us but the price was reasonable.

The larger old man was very rude Didn’t want to give me the aircon remote for my room even though it is advertised on the outside of the hotel. Also as soon as I turned up he came up to me to tell me not to slam the door and be quiet, had literally closed the door once Breakfast was nice

Wonderful owners, so thoughtful and helpful. The food was home prepared, cooked by the mother of the owner, and absolutely delicious. The water in the swimming pool was the waters that ran from Pamukkale, and whilst cold were beautiful, no nasty chlorine smells!! Happily stay here again, well looked after, couldn’t have asked for better.

Great value, friendly staff.
Great stay at this family-run hotel in Pamukkale. We arrived late at night and the son helped us carry our bags (no elevator). Is a small building with pool and within walking distance from center of town. Rooms were a little tight and if there was a downside about them was the bathroom. Just one big open area with no separation from toilet and shower and not much room to put down your toiletries and things (just on the rim of the sink). We stayed only one full day and they didn't clean our rooms though, they said because we didn't ask them to, and we only were staying for one day. That was a little disappointing. But on the other hand I understand they have to keep costs low and they offer a great value to guests. Breakfast was good on the roof-top terrace: boiled egg, fruit, cucumbers, tomato slices, tea, coffee.

Very nice staff, 5 minutes walk to Hierapolis. Delicious breakfast. The room we reserved was not available so they upgraded our room for no extra cost :)

Okay but not specially recommended
The owner family was nice and easygoing but it didn't seem like they were making the most of the Internet. The room didn't have a balcony as it had said. Also I felt a bit uncomfortable to refuse the dinner that they had offered.

A great little pension

Not a bad place but not much going on in Pamukkale. The hotel was revoting the pool area so there was a bit of construction rubble around. The room was ok clean and the staff were helpful when the power went out for the day.

Walkable everywhere
The room was large and bright and has a great bathroom. Close to the sights as we walked to the calcium steppes. Great dinner places nearby and walked to the local bus station easily. Very friendly staff. Breakfast wasn't amazing but lovely to be included and a pretty standard continental type food with some veggies, cheese and an egg. The pool wasn't heated so a we went in May, it was a bit too chilly to swim in the evening when we got back from sightseeing. Good Internet in lobby area.

The room was not touched while i was there. There seemed to be little interest in the comfort of the guests. There was only one television set and that was monopolised by the owners. The guests had nowhere to sit but in their rooms. The suggestion that there would be cooked meals was not factual.

We liked our stay in Beyaz Kale. The family was really friendly and the home cooked meal was delicious. We can recommend the pension for a short stay to see stunning Pamukkale.

Memnun kalamadık.
Bir günlük konaklama için uygun fiyatlı olduğundan tercih etmiştik. Ancak hem çok gürültülü olduğundan hem de odada terlik dahil çok eksik olduğundan memmun kalmadık. Travertelere çok yakın olması ve uygun fiyatli olmasi dışında keyif alamadık. Ayrica konaklama fiyatına kahvaltısı da dahil değildi. 130 tl civari kişi başı kahvaltı ücreti ödedik. Yine de teşekkürler.

Burak bey bizler sizin memnun kaldığınıza çok emindik sizden bu puanı almak gerçekten bizi çok üzdü ayrıca KAHVALTI extra olduğu sitede de burada da yazıyo bunu bilerek geldiniz şu an. Ki ekonomik şartlarda ikram edemezdik o beklentideydiniz ama ne yazıkki yapamadım yapamazdım odalarımız hepsinde terlik mevcut ve Pen olarak kapılar pencereler içeri ses alınması imkansız durumda bizlerde sizden memnun kalmadık iyi günler...

I have never seen such a slanderous customer, even yogurt was given for breakfast. You drank a glass of coffee. We did our best to please you and you argued among yourself for 28 minutes to pay 70 euros for the room. Our breakfast price is 5 euros, 3 breakfasts are 15 euros, you gave 85 euros in total, not 90 euros.

There is nothing between hot or cold water, weak water flow. Room clean. There is no refrigerator or other possibility to store food in the cold - in the summer, therefore, food and drink only in the vicinity of the hotel at tourist prices. You park your car on the street next to the hotel, where someone broke into it, there is no private parking. Breakfast at 9 euro is also too expensive.

På hotellet er der rent og velholdt overalt. Glimrende morgenmad og meget venlige og hjælpsomme værter. God beliggenhed i forhold til seværdigheder og offentlig transport. Dejlig swimmingpool med vand fra bjergene..
