The thermal pool was good, however the rooms are old some with stains. The shower and other services are all out of date. The food was not good.

The hotel seems old with the smelly rooms and filthy carpets. The overnight staying groups of tourists made a restless and sleepless nights to the people staying in the rooms facing the pools. The rooms facing the garden side has a 6 o’clock morning wake up call with the draging suitcases , idling buses and shouting people. The food is not typical 5 star hotel in Turkey. Packaged jelly and cheese for breakfast. Dinners were reasonable with lots of variety. The biggest concern about staying at this property are overnight groups. They staying in the pools until very late, shouting from the balconies and leaving early morning. But all this could be controlled, because hotel has a beautiful grounds around the property. Just take these buses to the lot in front of hotel and let people staying at your hotel enjoy their vacation. The big shout to the people working at the restaurant and cleaning ladies. Thank you for making our stay pleasant.

The staff were mean - and stingy, once they knew I'm alone they have only included one bottle of water in the room and they wanted to charge for another. They have also charged me for the shower cap for the pool :). They recommended a very useless tour which I paid 100 Euros for - Kaklik Cave, Salda Lake ... Wifi was bad... they have only provided one card to open the room and asked for another one so I can keep my phone on the charger - they didn't provide claiming they have only one so I ad to go to the reception every single time to enter my room. The only good think was the outdoors thermal pool to be fair.

The hot spring was attractive enough to relieve the fatigue of the day. Don't miss the tea time, served with light bread and tea from 4:00 PM to 5:15 PM.
