Electricity cuts were an issue, food was not upto the mark and room AC was making a lot of noise. Overall the experience was quite bad. It is a humble request to the hotel staff to improve the facilities.

Would definitely seek out Ginger hotels in future
One of the best hotels in its category. It is a minimal hotel but has everything. Very clean and organized, breakfast was great and location was nice (center of town, close to all attractions). Wifi is a bit slow though. But overall, I'd stay in this hotel and other Ginger properties again.

Great & conveniently located place
All the staff members were polite, pleasant, efficient! Specially front desk/reception staff like Ms. Anu and the kitchen/breakfast room staff manager Upadhyay and trainee Alum were great! They provided almost home like service to us. Very very nice service overall! Food was nice, too. We would like to stay there again on our next India trip (we were visiting from US, by the way).

Hi this is a great hotel in goa and one of the best stays i ever had, so kudos to the chain of hotels to come up with something good However the restaurant staff isnt properly trained i think, they need to work on that Also please do something about your bede , though its fine but sometimes not at all comfortable

Nice rooms, good price, very useful location. Need some better trained staff at front desk but some were good so mixed bag. Wifi did not work in my room and no one seemed to want to fix it

Excellent hotel near bus station, though wifi slow
Hotel lobby and room were in excellent condition. Service was great; they allowed me to check in around 8am for the following night for a modest fee (₹599); early check-in after 10am would've only been ₹299. Air conditioning & hot water worked well. Free wifi was quite slow, but you could pay for a faster connection. Just a short walk to the bus station.

The stay was like a hell as there was huge construction going on and guest have not been informed in prior on such ongoing construction at hotel.

We never stayed pl check on the refund
The reception staff tried to put us into their other property at Dauna Paula which was also worse, hence we were forced to stay in a different hotel. Please check whether you can get the refund as the hotel staff knows we could not stay in the hotel

Stay was peaceful as due to Hotel repair/maintenance and construction work in the neighboring building. The hotel locality is safe. Breakfast is also good for the price. Room was clean but had a weird smell. The bathroom door was also broken. The bike renting counter near the reception is a good facility. (400 INR/ day for Activa, 500 INR deposit)

The washroom were pathetic conditions. The room ac was not functioning appropriately. The food was ok. The towels were also in a pathetic condition. There were no dental kit. The money which was asked for was not given full justice.

Pretty unclean. Tea kettle was stinking. sleep was disturbed more than twice to noise coming in from outside. not at all comfortable to sleep - a lot of light enter from outside as the window blinds are smaller. no much options for breakfast or dinner. No Bar. The staff appeared untrained or in experienced.

Staff at check out need to be familiar with the procedures. A Garbage dump near the hotel caused an unwelcome smell. Restoration at the hotel was noisy and inconvenienced us.
