Everything was very nice. The only complaint is that there was not much available for breakfast service. The small cafe does not really offer much of a complete breakfast. I do believe a lot of people require more for breakfast.

Pros: The main hotel was very nice and the Tides restaurant was the best. Our server Mike was amazing and gave wonderful recommendations of the local places to go. The private beach that's connected to the hotel was enjoyable. Cons: our room key didn't work when we first arrived, the battery inside the door had to be changed. The room we stayed in was half assed cleaned. The bathtub for goodness sakes still had peoples hair in it from previous visitors and the floors were sticky and my feet were black from barely walking on them. Our couch that was in the room was also stained. My husband ordered champagne to celebrate our anniversary weekend in advance to our arrival and it was brought at 9:30pm the night we arrived. And the hotel listing is very misleading because there are 9 separate buildings of rooms to stay in that are not close to the main hotel with the amenities. We were in building number 7 which was not a close walk. And if you want to use a beach towel you have to go to a separate area in the hotel to check them out for the day And bring back on the same day if not you will be charged. I would not recommend this place unless if you were staying in the main building. Maybe you would better service.

Super disappointing to arrive and find our request for rooms side by side or adjoining was completely disregarded. But what made it worse was we had two rooms, our second room was much smaller, our TV and lights in our living room did not work at all. We chose the resort because we wouldn’t need to leave with all the amenities but those were largely unavailable. Game room, game room was closed, Starbucks & market were closed, only 1 restaurant was open after 6pm. We wound up having to go into town to entertain our kids and doordashed food. Would not recommend.

Check in process was not the best, I arrived at 4pm and once I check in they said the room was not ready, to enjoy the amenities and they would call me. Time went by 2 hours and no call, I went to the front desks and the room was ready, but no one had called me. Bad customer service from that Caucasian lady. Other than that the kids enjoyed being in the pool which was heated. And the views around the hotel are very pleasing. Don’t recommend the McDonalds near the hotel horrible staff and service.
