Sept 2024…. The good: location, right on the beach. It’s very convenient. Beach view from the room. Staff was helpful. Beds were comfortable. The beach was nice. The bad: the room floor was very dirty, we observed a few cockroaches in the room, TV screen was damaged, air conditioning was noisy, the whole room / hotel needs to be upgraded. Find parking place in the hotel could be a challenge. The neighborhood seems not to be very attractive to take your family out for a nice walk at night. Close to $500 for two nights by the way. We will look for a different option next time. We just did not feel the value for our money was there.

Entire property needs to be remodeled and redone. Everything from the lobby to the room to the balcony is in desperate need of repair. Breakfast was wholesale style with no taste, and no healthier options. Water was dripping everywhere on our balcony, the safe in the room wasn’t working, cockroaches outside by the stairs. The only nice thing was the ocean view from the balcony however, Will not stay there again.

The staff was excellent - so friendly. Yes, you had to wait for the FREE breakfast but it was a full meal and very good - so be patient. So worth the wait. Very happy with our stay!

Although we had a couple of things to be fixed the staff was great and efficient. Just a couple of steps from hotel to beach. The view was spectacular. We knew they had breakfast but never went down until today. It was delicious and the staff said the menu varies. Would definitely stay there again.
