Room very dirty

We got 3 rooms hotel , went we arrived they told us are room are ready , went we get in was so dirty the floor le are so nasty are beds have sand on it went we try sleep witch we think never change the covers for new guests also furniture same old and dirty

Everything was easily accessible

Everything was great except the check out. At the time of check out, there had to be about 20 people or more waiting and only two agents on duty. Your policy states a strict 10AM check out time. One would think that your hotel would be prepared for this time of day. However, this would not discourage me from returning to your beautiful resort.

Very disappointed

Our first room of 3 had a huge roach in bathroom. Second room the lock broke so we couldn't leave our room. Third room in two days, was great. We were tired of packing and repacking and driving to office. I would never recommend this place to anyone!

Nice Villa

Pros: location, cleanness,
Cons: the cleaning fee discontinue that price $200
There are some nice villa very roomie and nice location I just love it I have stay there Twice I love both time

Pros: the outside grounds beautiful.staff great
Cons: the rooms
Location: close to all attractions
the stay was nice.the grounds are kept well.the staff was kind.main tower pools are great.

Nice location

Staff is nice , beautiful pool ,I stay in a 3 bedroom villa (golf) , the room need some repairs its was raining and water was coming in the room (Cealing need repair ) And i don't think the cleaning staff do there job right other the that we had a exelente weekend

Horrific Stay, would not recommend!

Roach infested! When we booked, our check out time was 11am per booking image attached. Hotel made us check out at 10am, when asked to stay until 11am they said we would need to pay a fee. Very dirty and dingy, no toilet paper in the rooms. We called the front desk and the said someone would be right up but they never came. This resort does not do daily house keeping or offer towels. Our room was supposed to be by the ocean but it wasn't, we asked to change to tower ll and were charged an additional $125 per night. Over all experience was horrible! Customer service and marketing was the worst experience we have ever had from any resort and we have traveled all over the world. Do your research before staying at this resort is all I can say!!!

Nice tell room was seen.

Room was in terrible shape. holes in couch, hot water in shower was hard to get to turn on. They had put a stand alone sink in master bathroom, so there was no place to put your stuff, not even towel holders. Only hair blower was in guest bathroom which only turned on when you tripped the red circuit breaker switch, and turn off the same way. Sand was all over floor with no vacuum to be found. worst condo I've ever had in Panama City.

Great Hotel and Resort in Panama City Beach

Pros: Pool area. Restaurant on site. Clean and well kept condos and grounds.
Cons: Our Golf Villa unit had very cheap, uncomfortable beds and living area furniture. We were downstairs and the people upstairs made a LOT of noise.
Location: Lots to do in Panama City Beach, including upscale minigolf, go karts, retail and dining venues. Wonder Works is like a children's science museum.
The Edgewater Hotel and Resort has multiple towers right on the beach, as well as a village of villas across the road that surround a golf course. The pool area on the beach behind Tower 1 is amazing with a kids play area, restaurant and beach access. It is a timeshare hotel, so the quality of the condos varies depending on the individual owners level of investment. Our condo was middle of the road, so if we go again, we will definitely investigate more closely the specific amenities of individual condos before booking. Pros: main pool area was luxurious with multiple shallow end areas for kids to play and one deep end area. Photos of the resort will highlight this feature prominently. We enjoyed daily pool times as well as evening showings of kids movies projected on a large screen in the pool area in the evenings. We set up a canopy along the beach a couple days, just get there early to get a spot, as you cannot set up a canopy in front of the hotel rental chairs and space is limited. Most people set up early in the morning around 7 AM and then come later in the morning. The hotel restaurant is very good and reasonably priced. Buy the cocktail cup early in your stay and get cheaper refills throughout your stay. I ate the blackened halibut and it was amazing, with a side of habenero cole slaw. Cons: uncomfortable beds, cheap furniture in our condo. Shoddy bathroom furnishing.

Great place to stay. It needs a little updating. The blinds and windows need to be fixed, perhaps curtains on the windows would be good. Other than the little issues it was great! Would go again.
