Spacious hotel rooms and comfortable beds. The hallways smelled a little odd, but this is likely because you can cook in some of the rooms / some rooms have stovetops. You can't really control what someone is cooking! They have laundry facilities onsite as well and while I did not use them, they looked clean. The fitness center was very clean as well and they even had a Peloton bike. I would definitely stay here again.

Staff was accommodating at check-in. However, we left and came back and two of the staff were hanging out behind the building near the side door whispering and behaving unusual. Which made us uncomfortable. When we got into our room it looked good but it took a while to figure out that none of the light switches work until you push the one that looks like a motion detector. The floor was either mopped with a dirty mop, or not mopped at all. Once we got to bed, the upstairs neighbors either were moving all the furniture or practicing some dance moves for several hours. We got no sleep and had an early flight. We won't ever go back there. I was misled by good reviews. Nope and nope.

I went for a solo trip to Panama City Beach for the weekend, I booked the weekend here and overall it was great. The staff was nice and helpful, parking was very convenient, amenities was really good. The room was great, but my only concern was it was hair on floor in the bathroom before I came to stay from a previous guest. Overall, my stay was wonderful. I had no problems. I'll definitely book here again.

Beautiful new hotel. It was clean, comfortable and nice location. My only issue and it wouldn't have been one if a simple fix would've made a ratings difference. After going to the room, everything was nice and clean. The TV didn't seem to work right. Housekeeping was outside the room. She came in to check and couldn't get it to work. She went to another room and the TV worked there, so it was my particular room that didn't work. She told me to call the front desk and she what they can do. I called and it just rung with no answer. I decided to go downstairs and inform her. I let the woman who checked me in the TV issue. She said we could either get maintenance to fix which would be the next day or be switched to another room. I chose another room hoping it would be same floor because we had a lot of luggage. She even said she would help move us to another room. I went back upstairs, packed up and waited. Forty minutes passed and no word. My wife called because I was already frustrated. She told my wife she was on the way. Ten more minutes later another young lady was sent upstairs. I thought the woman was gonna help, she sent up her help, which didn't help but I ain't upset with her but the woman who checked us in. I brought the old room back downstairs and the woman wasn't there. I avoided going downstairs for the next couple of days because I didn't want to lose my cool since I was on vacation. When we left, I dropped my key off and left. Very bad customer service.

I would recommend avoiding booking this hotel through Expedia. The room listing on Expedia was incorrect, and when we checked in, we discovered our room didn’t have enough beds for our family. The hotel acknowledged that the Expedia listing was wrong, but their response was essentially that it wasn’t their problem. The staff was polite, but there was very little effort to help us find a reasonable solution. I wasn’t expecting a free room or a handout. I simply asked if they could offer us a discounted rate on a second room since we had booked based on incorrect information. Instead, we were told we could book another room at full price. They were out of double bed rooms but mentioned they still had 15 king beds available. As a result, we had to cancel our stay, find another hotel at the last minute, and spend about more than we had planned. Ironically, if the hotel had worked with us on the price of a second room, they would have kept our business and earned additional profit. Instead, they lost our business altogether. The most disappointing part was that the hotel admitted they were aware the Expedia listing was inaccurate, yet it didn’t seem like much had been done to correct it. Based on that conversation, it sounded like this may not have been the first time it had happened. If you book here, I would strongly recommend calling the hotel directly to verify the room details before you arrive.
