Pros: The spacious room and the front desk staff was great.
Cons: Maybe the breakfast choices.
Location: We went to the beach, shopping at the pier and a few of the local attractions
The experience, great the front desk staff was wonderful.

Hotel was too far from the beach.

Cons: Location!!!!!!!!
Hotel in the middle of nowhere. You took your life in your hands getting in and out of the hotel parking lot. The facility was fine but had to drive to the beach.

I have stayed in this hotel hundreds of nights as I travel to Panama City Beach Monthly. When I checked in I was pleasantly surprised to see a long term employee Keesha was back. She was as pleasant and friendly as always. When I got to my room the hot tub (that I paid extra for in this room type) wasn't working. I called the front desk and Keesha said she would leave a note in the log, which she did. The next evening it still wasn't working and Keesha actually came to the room to check it out. Again great customer service. The maintenance man had forgotten to look at it so it was still broken. I called the 3rd night and still nothing was fixed. I was told to come see the front desk mgr the next morning. When I was trying to speak to him about the matter an employee named Peaches kept getting louder and louder and finally in a sarcastic tone said. What do you want sir. I am here to make you happy. Her tone and voice level were very aggressive so I just left for work. That evening I checked out early and spent my remaining night in the Fairfield Inn down the road. I explained to the front desk upon checkout why I was checking out early. She took my name and number and assured me that the GM would be calling me. It has been several days with no contact. The hotel has gone down hill since the old GM left but unless you were a regular guest like I was then you would probably not even notice just how far they have fallen. I will now be staying at the Fairfield.

Stayed here for the last time

I have stayed in this hotel for years as I travel there monthly for work. The hotel has changed the management team and it is going down hill. The one great employee keesha was great as she was there before the managers changed. I unfortunately will not be staying here again due to the treatment I received while trying to resolve a repair issue to the room. Employee called peaches is loud abrasive and rude. I'll be staying at the Fairfield for all future stays. I even checked out early this trip and stayed in another hotel my last night. No call from a manager as of today. Bad for Hampton. Great for Fairfield.

Mixed review due to vehicle being broken into

Cons: Need security cameras in parking areas Replace pillows
Location: Frank Brown park was very nice for the tournament we were in town for.
Let me start by saying that the hotel was very clean and well kept. The pillows in the rooms have seen better days and were flat. The breakfast was of decent quality and variety, especially the waffles. However, while staying at the hotel this past weekend for my daughter's softball tournament, my car was broken into. This is not in anyway the fault of the hotel, as they can't control other peoples actions. My complaint is that there are no security cameras in the parking areas. My vehicle was in the second row in front of the main entrance near a street lamp in a well lit area. When I discovered what happened, I asked the staff if there were any cameras and they advised that there were not. On a side note, whoever did this completely trashed the inside of my car by pouring motor oil all over the interior of my trunk, in my daughters equipment bag, and my back seat. I wouldn't stay here again simply for the lack of security cameras in areas that guests property should be secured.
