NEVER AGAIN!!

I got charged for a stay here at this place even though I tried to reschedule many times due to Hurricane Irma and people at this place never answered my calls. I called many times and left voicemails and I never heard back from them. I would give this place zero stars if I could. I am very upset and dissatisfied with this place and their customer service is trash. I WILL NEVER BOOK HERE AGAIN!!!

Nice but needs a little work

We stayed in room 1335. It was a beautiful room but had a few issues that needed to be addressed. The facility had 5 pools (awesome) and a putting course that was cool for the kiddies. Our room had rusty silverware and a white kitchen drawer was missing-kinda weird huh! But overall the room was spacious and fit my family comfortably. Right next door is walmart which came in handy. Across the stree is beach access literally only took 2 mins to get to the beach.

Confusion at its best!

Pros: Not much
Cons: Overall experience
I will never book from The Resort Collection again! The girl at Majestic.....the third place we were sent to, was rude. Maybe these people need to go back to customer service classes or maybe she had never had one!

Great view of the Gulf

Pros: Lake light show was nice. Pools were great.
Location: Go carts and golf near by.
Room was clean. Carpet could use cleaning. The kitchen needs more pans to cook with. One frying pan and 4qt pot does not make cooking easy.

Our overall stay was amazing .....granted its alot of walking to and from parking deck to room and elevators but condo waa really nice ....beautiful views

The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. Was unable to access the wifi. Hairs left in the bathroom sink and shower.

AMAZING!!!!

Everything about this hotel was awesome!! The balcony was awesome. The view from the balcony was awesome. The condo was nice, spacious, and clean! The appliances were all new. Its like youre living in your dream house for the week! The hotel had everything. You could literally not leave there for a whole day. It had a pool on my floor (10th floor) a mini golf place on another floor, fitness center on another floor, and not to mention the all you can wat seafood buffet on the first floor. You could see the beach from the balcony just across the street. It was just amazing. The only thing bad i have to say is the elevators did take FOREVER in the middle of the day because everyone is using them. Not so much early morning or late might though. And you have to pay the clean up fee but YOU really have to clean up. There is no day to day room service. They dont bring you towels, which is fine because you have a washing machine. But they will charge if you leave a big mess. Didnt understand what the $175 clean up fee was for at all. But it didnt take away the fun!!! My overal experience was amazing!!!

Terrible, no good, very bad This is NOT a hotel

First, when we arrived at the lobby to check-in (10p after hour check-in) we were told (rudely) we had to first go down the street to a place, not easy to find and that clerk was rude and charged us an additional $150 as an added fee. Back at the so-called hotel, which it is not, it's a series of timeshares with full kitchen. The place is not at all like the pictures. It's right on the highway, we had a view of McDonalds. It felt dirty and the hallway stank like dirty cat litter. Very disappointing and expensive. Hated it.
