Beautiful beach and pool. Good parking

Beautiful beach, beautiful pool, not so well the room . The bathroom and the sink didn't work well.

Beautiful view from comfortable condo

We stayed at the Grand View during a hurricane evacuation and really enjoyed our stay. The gulf view and beach was beautiful.

Long Beach Hotel

The only good in this hotel was the pool, the furniture in the room and balcony was rusty very old, in the shower the towels holder was broken, in the kitchen the stove was very old and rusty, the main door was rusted. Over all everything was old and rusty like if they don't update their rooms. The security was asking us all the time if we were staying there like if we were trespassing or something. The wifi never worked. I WILL NEVER STAY NOR RECOMEND THIS HOTEL EVER!!!!

Every thing is old. No toilets roll tv not working complaints to the front office no answers.

On the beach, nice location

Very disappointed in the upkeep of our condo unit. Kitchen light that didn't always come on- had to work with it; broken microwave handle: extremely musty/ mildew smell: 2 outside chair seats ripped, along with a few other things.

Weekend visit

Pros: close to the beach.
Cons: Up date the condos. Too much like Miami vise time period.
Location: Lots to do close by if the construction was not going on.
Not bad for a weekend visit. Expected a nice condo. But it was out dated. No bulbs in the lamps. Balcony door was stuck and hard to open. Outside walk way by the room doors was filthy. The lobby stunk. The stairs were extremely hot and stuck. The bottom floor door for the stairs got stuck. Was supposed to be 3 pools and was only 2. With the construction on the road coming in, it took forever to get in or out. Security was too busy flirting to check to let you in. Had to wait constantly.

Nice Lagoon Pool, Lay out of condo glass doors

Pros: I like the sliding glass doors to the living and bedroom . That why I wanted this condo.
Cons: The cleanliness, furniture . If something needs fixing.
Location: The location is great. The best souvenirs shops across from Long Beach.
We got there about Noon , Check in at 4. We did not check in until about 4. The condo was poorly cleaned. The counter top were dirty, the floor had not been swept. One of the Lounges on the deck was junk. The Sofa was stained very bad. The Tv in bedroom was never fixed. I reported it twice. I had one wash cloth in condo , but a gentleman did bring me some towels, towels, Thanks.The shower door did come off but a gentleman come and fixed it but never come back to fix Tv. The Lagoon Pool was Awesome , nice chairs. Well taken care of. Our key to the condo stop working and you have to go to Majestic Condo , couple of blocks up the stripe. The washing machine/dryer worked wonderful.

Main pool had problems our first two days causing it to be closed. Room was old and needs updating. Stayed here in the past but will not in the future.

Trip 7/9/17-7/12/17

The grounds, beach, pool are all wonderful!!! The few employees we spoke with were nice and helpful and you feel very safe as it's a gated community. Now here was the problem- BUGS!!! Lots of roaches in our room! There was even one on the ceiling climbing above my head when I went to lay down in the bed, needless to say I got no sleep! We stayed in room 905 Tower #3. There was no maid service to get a towel from and they only gave you 2 bath towels nor is there any pool towels. The room was large and had and a nice balcony. I didn't like that the office is only open from 9am til 4pm so if you had a problem or checked in after 4 you had to drive down the road to their other facility. If it wasn't for the roaches the place would have been perfect. The room does need some tlc, things like tub faucet sticking out of wall. When I informed the office of the bug problem all they did was refund my $151.00 cleaning fee. I would never stay here again but definitely will vist Panama again.

Love the view

Pros: The location is great and the view was wonderful
Cons: More towels and washcloths. We had one of each for each person in the room for the whole week
Location: Close to pineapple willys and gift shops
Room was a little small for 4 people. The last day we were there we started finding cockroaches in the tub and living room.
