Bike Week Winner

Pros: Good location, clean, comfortable rooms, and covered parking.
Cons: The extra fees at check in were a surprise.
This hotel/condo has clean rooms that all face the beach. One of the better features is totally covered parking for motorcycles, trailers, and tow vehicles all with manned security.

Nice hotel within close proximity to everything,

Hotel is close to beach, shopping and restaurants, staff seemed to have a very good attitude. Love the elevators fast and smooth on the stopping and going.

It was nice, beautiful veiw.

Pros: Views and the pools.
Cons: The room to be cleaned daily. Paper towels in the kitchen.
It was not like a hotel. Our room was not cleaned daily. We had to go pick up towels. We paid over $100.00 cleaning fee.

Family stay by the ocean

Excellent stay with kids who could enjoy the sea from early morning to sunset. Lots of fun for all. No complaints about the room except maybe the bedding which is a matter of luck depending on the unit you get. Again, if you do not have sensitive backs like we do, it will all be fine

Only good thing close to beach

Room was over priced, dirty , no safety bars in bath, vanity in bath rotting out on bottom, sofa dirty like it had sex juices on it. Long walk to room from garage. Not good for people with disabilities. Bed head board covered in dust. Elevators not convenient, long waits had to use stairs a couple of times.

excellent hotel

Cons: bath room doors do noise but nothing i can deal whit
the staff was very nice the hotel always look clean,the view was perfect,everything was good

Rude security staff

the hotel itself was nice and so was the front desk staff. parking was across the street so that made it a little inconvenient to get stuff out of the car. we noticed that not too many guests were using the amenities even when it was raining and later on we figured out why. the security staff was straight up rude and kept telling people they would evict them for every little thing. it seemed like they were really bored and just got kick out of bothering the guests. one of our neighbors told us they were threathened to get evicted at 7am for feeding the birds! we were told we would get evicted coz the kids were drinking water by the pool in the monkey cup we got from the bar. it was a cup for adult drinks but we had told security that it was just water and they could go confirm with the bar if they liked but they kept bothering us and told us they would close the pool and get us evicted. we just left because at this point they were bothering other guests in the pool that had nothing to do with this but were trying to defend us. we were all adults with kids so i am not sure why they were treating all the hotel guests like teenagers and kept trying to evict people. there is always a nicer way to talk to the guests. we are on vacation and really didnt need the extra drama from people that are bored with their lives. we usually go to pcb every 6 months since its the easiest get away option with the kids and we have never had any issues in the past.

Beautiful oceanfront view

Parking very inconvenient. Bed and pillows very hard and uncomfortable. Not as clean as I like. Went down to see if we could find cream and sugar for our coffee and had to buy Starbucks coffee to get any.

Great location, poor upkeep and super dirty room!

Evacuated to this resort which looked great on paper. The room was so filthy I ended up cleaning it myself day 1 so my family could actually stay. The cleaning crew definitely doesn't put any care into their work at all. The room stuck so bad we had to get plug in air fresheners to help hide the smell. The upholstery and throw rugs were soooo dirty I ended up putting them in the bunk room and closed the door so we didn't have to smell them. Thankfully I found clean sheets to put over the staned dirty couches. The walls had random dirty things stuck to them that could of easily been wiped down if any cleaning person gave a crap. The resort upkeep was not in great shape either but definitely better than the room. The location is great and the beach was beautiful! Just needs tlc, new upolstry and new cleaning crew! Wouldn't recommend and won't be back to this resort but definitely will come back to that beach!

Nice hotel. Closed to the beach.

The hotel was very nice. Right in front front of the beach. However, our apartment was dirty. The carpets need time be replaced (very dirty and old). The microwave was out of service. The apartment needs be to remodeled.
