I like it it just need a room update the bed little and hard but we enjoy the stay

Yes is nice closed to the beach when i make the reservation i receive the hotel address and when I get there to check-in they send me to an other place , the parking is the worst thing and the bed where I sleep 2 nights every time i turn make a lot of noise too much money for no comfort

Perfect location!

Nice condo on the beach. Fairly clean and had a great view. Very happy with our stay and we will return.

Not What It Looked Like on the Picture!

Pros: close to the beach and shopping and dining area
Cons: Unit #2011 was not clean roaches were in the room.
Location: great places to eat in the area. plenty of attractions and things to do.
The over all resort experience was ok but our room unit #2011 had roaches in it. I felt very uncomfortable staying there. I liked that the hotel was close to the beach and to the shopping and dining areas. When I go back to Panama I will not be staying at the Shores of Panama if I had a choice.

Nice for younger people

Elevators are okay, high wait times on the weekends. Parking deck is a nightmare when everyone is driving a boat of a SUV and no one knows HOW to drive them. Live the cool vibe during the evening and the u shaped hotel.

Not what I expected, but we made it work.

When we arrived to the resort, we were redirected to another resort for check-in. This was a unexpected part of the checkin process. If any needs arose, the staff at the resort did not manage the room, therefore, all concerns were redirected to the other resort. The living room drapes were full of thick dust, the wall above the guest shower had paint peeling off with visible black mold, the sofa bed was broken to which we used the sofa pillows on the floor for my younger 2 kids to sleep on, there weren't enough towels in the room for the total amount of guest booked, the master bed was uncomfortable and the sheets were rough, the last day a small roach appeared in the guest bathroom, and the room was missing other amenities that we have become accustomed to traveling to Panama City Beach ever year. The access to the beach, view, and pool were great. In the end, that's what ultimately you go to a beach vacation for, so we just made adjustments with the issues in our room. Will we return to the Shores of Panama, most likely no.

Nice Hotel

Light bulbs need to be changed in the bathroom 2 of the 5 were out. No one told us how to use the television. I know we were on vacation and no there to watch tv but oneafternoon It rained. Would have liked to if at least watched the news to catch the weather. The beach sand seemed to have lots of trash (empty water bottles, empty tanning bottles, beer bottle caps, firework trash. We spent most of our time at Seaside. It was very clean.

Excellent location

They hit you up with a room cleaning charge that wasn't disclosed when booking. The room was dirty and had a foul odor. The appliances were disgusting and all rusty. Overall room was horrible. The view and location was excellent. The pool was well taken care of and beach access great. There are long waits for the over crowded elevators all the time. 20- 45 minute waits are common.

Get rid of "A Resort Collection"

Having "A Resort Collection" being a 3rd party rental company really brings down the rating of this place. Most of the ratings for this hotel is rating A Resort Collection. But the down side of the complex is they close the pool area very early and for every reason they can possibly find.
