Perfect for Ironman

Easy walk to transitions. Beautiful view. Close walk to restaurants. 2 mile walk to walmart superstore for nutritional needs.

Everything was outdated.!!! Stove top didn't work. All the floors stained.

Staff is on the attack

Pros: The ocean.
Cons: Property needs upgrade and staff needs retraining.
Location: Sleep. and not a good nights sleep.
I stayed here. Comedy of errors? First I called to say I was checking in late. I was sent to an address to pick up a key on my google maps that was a on the other end and non-existant in Panama City. It got worse. Checked in at midnight and was given non-existent wing. Written error. 'B' vs. East. Then try the key...deadlocked condo on the other side....I could go on. but bottom line. Hidden charges. staff that make you feel you are in the wrong.

On the beach BUT DOWDY

It all started at with after hours checki-in...getting wrong directions via email to pickup room key- driving around finally found the similar address but given a building option that didn't exist...then got a key to a room that wouldn't open a door, then looked for a phone number with no one to answer then a front desk to make me feel as if it were my fault, and more however it was 1AM and I wanted to go to sleep.

Unsafe condo,not repairs and cleaning were made,most carpet and sofa with spots,wall mirrors,counter top,drywall,light kitchen,coffe table,end table etc damaged. No Wi fi in rooms,office not open on time

Extremely small kitchen and bedroom. No way more than 2 people could stay comfortably. There for week, pool only cleaned once. Pool furniture to crowded and stained. The best part of the trip was the weather and water were perfect.

Property is Disgusting!

Our unit was on 1st floor - unit 108. It was filthy! Food still on plates in the cabinets, food on silverware, mold growing everywhere (refrigerator door, ceiling, mirrored wall in dining room, bathroom ceiling, etc.). Couch stained with Lord knows what. The drapes were beyond disgusting and have probably never been cleaned. Baseboards have years of dirt caked up on them, yet staff says the units get "worn by the end of each summer season". This condition didn't happen in one summer - this is years of neglect. When I took pictures of the unit to the front desk staff, she wouldn't even look at them. Sent me to another unit -#309 - to see if we would rather stay there and to no surprise, it was in worse condition, plus the air conditioner wasn't working. Again, I took pictures and went back to the front desk staff and she said "sorry, we are sold out. Mold is extremely dangerous to the health of anyone particularly children, yet some how this property has no concern about the health of their customer. My family ended up sick after 2 days with sinus infections from breathing in musky mold. The musky smell was so bad we had to go to Walmart and buy air freshener and Lysol. And to top it all off, the property does NOT offer internet...omg, it's 2017... who doesn't offer internet?? Motel 6 offers internet! This was the worst travel experience ever. STAY AWAY!!!

Will not stay there again. While the staff did try to make everything right the issues we had should not exist for a resort that claims to be a lead in their area.
