Bad hygiene and they sell only beach front views..

The staff is good.respectful and profesional but for the price and location its really bad .Lots of noise during the night.rooms needs updates.cracks on ceilings.bad locks also lost of roaches right outside the back door going to the beach ...

remote control didn't work. tried to call the front desk and the phone didn't work.you don't check in @the reef you have to go to the seahaven to check in and that's on the other side of sharkey's.

Hot water

We enjoyed the back door that opened to the beach access, but did not enjoy the dirty tub on top of no hot water.

The staff I was in contact with was friendly but the room was litterly molding. The celling & bath the room needs much work

i’ve stayed here the past 3 years, i love it! it’s affordable and waterfront. can’t beat the view.

Great beach view

We loved our room right on the beach. Not the most updated room but definitely clean and our housekeeping was above average.

The room was not cleaned well. Everything was broke. The broken phone was nit even plugged in. Itchad a weird smell. The shower was broken. And lots of loud routy drunk young tourest outside my winndow all night every night. Had to call cops one night because a girl was getting beat up by her man

Needs work and better management

Water main break left all stranded without water/toilets and poor communication by hotel staff. Then later that night leak occurred in our room and staff advised me maintenance would be right up. Never showed and staff said they were too busy to deal with all the complaints. Also room service never serviced our room the entire stay.

This hotel need renovating bad

This was the worse experience for my husband and I regardless of Spring break. A hotel like this should be torn down, bc of too many problems to name. The main problem is when woke up the next morning to a flood in the room after it rained all night. That did it for me besides the other problems with the room smell, cleanliness, doors with gaps, tv not working properly, no channels. No cable. I was switched to a different rm and it was bugs in it. Phone didn't work. This place was an absolute dump. It is not worth anyone's money at all. I wouldn't recommend my worse enemy here.

Problems

No help after hours. Called 1 800 number. Never got a response. If locked out of room because of bad cards. Then u have to sleep on steps. The shower did not function properly. Check in starts at 4pm. But line was so long that it was 5 pm before I got a room. And others were in line till after 6pm. Most rooms were not ready. We pay from 4 pm till 11am. But if we can't get a room till 8 pm. Shouldn't we be charged less. And some people were waiting till 8 pm to get a room. Hotel said there was early check in. In the email I received from them. But once on site was told no early check in. Not even 10 mins early.
