Cold shower

Had NO hot water for 3 nights And room only got cleaned 1 time during entire stay of 4 days !!

Uncomfortable

The first room given to me did not have a refrigerator or microwace. The second room offered to me after several hours was called and told there was a problem and they could not give me that room. The third was offered to me as an upgrade for the inconvenience which ended up being with no heat. My mom and I had to warm ourselves up with the oven at night. We informed them Thursday morning was told they onky had one person working which he played with the thermostat and told us to wait an hour which then he will return. The maintenance guy never returned. We told the front desk and they told us they will contact the maintenance man. He never came back, on Friday spoke to a different staff member and was told they will send someone. They sent a different person on Saturday morning when we were leaving already. I was told that one of my stays will be discpunted from my bill. I need to inform Expedia since I went through you on my purchase. I will no longer stay here or recommend this place to anyone.

I have to leave early due unhappy also the bed was terrible can t sleep the looby restaurant was helpless went one day take forever to seat

Beach View is great!

Pros: Sea View and access
Cons: Condition of the hotel
The only pro is Beach View and access to the beach are excellent, But the hotel condition is bit poor. Hot water, taps are all in repair and no one picks up the phone for service.

Pros: The beach
Very run down. Doors are rusted and don't close properly. Facets leak, etc.. It is sad because the beach location is very nice. I had asked for a wake up call for 4 AM. They called me at 5 AM! I am glad I woke on my own or I would have missed my flight.

Great price and beach view

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They even allowed us to check out at a later time since we had to check in so late. It was a little confusing as to where we were supposed to check in since we got in so late, but it just took one phone call and we were on the right track. The room was ok, but comfortable. It was your basic cheap hotel. I would definitely recommend

Excellent treatfnt grom hotel stsff and workers. Very couttroyd and helpful. Great location on quiet end of the beach during off deason

On the beach hotel not so great inside

The first day we got there and got in the room we found cockroaches on the beds. Throughout the rest of the time there was bugs all over the room. We also didn’t have any hot water the first day. The ceilings are horrifying with black spots and mold and who knows what else. The shower ceiling had a hole in it and i don’t know what else could have been there. The beds are very uncomfortable. All the drains were not draining like they were clogged up with stuff. Other than that the a/c unit worked good and they had tv and it is directly on the beach.
