Areas of the property were under renovation, which were needed. Rooms not under reno weren't being maintained/serviced. Housekeeping could be better. The room was quite adequate, will be nice when it gets proper maintenance.

The hotel has balconies, very spacious rooms, and extremely cold A/C unit. The bathrooms are very large and the hotel staff (front desk a.m./p.m.) was the BEST out of all the hotels I visited while staying 9 days in Panama.

Horrible customer service! Thieves!!!
We did not stay at this hotel!!! When trying to book a room for Panama City FLORIDA, in error I booked here. I immediately noticed the error as we were no where need Panama Mexico and tried to cancel. An agent from hotels.com even called the hotel directly and they refused to refund the one night stay even though they knew we would not be staying there! Very poor customer service.

The staff was amazingly nice and helpful. The hotel breakfast was not the best. But the room was spacious and had a balcony. Hotel is under renovations.the pool was empty. I will go back because of how nice the staff was and the location is very convenient to a lot of things. Hope if I’m back and it’s finally renovated it will be a better experience.

Service and Location is the best in Panama
Excellent location and service. The hotel is a little old and worn. The free full course breakfast meal was outstanding. The friendly and responsive service alone is worth booking again.

Awesome!
Staff went above and beyond to help me out. This was my firsttrip abroad and i was traveling alone. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Really there is no point, been there 3 times, and still have the same problems. Administration is lacking of a whole lot of respect wnen it come to reservations. The staff is nice. I guess there so much they can do.

Our group has booked 4 one-bed rooms at this hotel starting Nov 11, 2019. Due to the stuffy condition of the hallway, sticky condition of the floor and bad moldy smell of the room, no supply of hot water, request for change of room were made for all the 4 rooms. Only three rooms got changed but the hotel did not change room for me. The reception lady who refused to disclose her name said no more one-bedroom was available for change. She asked me to pay $50 more if I want to change to a two-bed room. She talked to her manager over the phone and told me to wait. She did not inform me her manager's decision and kept me waiting for a long long time. She was argumentative. This hotel does not even worth a 2 star rating. It is worse than a motel. My stay at this hotel was so terrible. I feel I should get a compensation from Expedia.

The hotel needs better maintenance. Shower floor had stains and the glass door was off center. Towels were sold. Room was OK. But carpet is old, and walls had stains. The AC only worked on high speed. Breakfast was OK.

Disappointed!
Hotel was run down, dirty in areas, elevator broken all week, air conditioning didn’t work daily, breakfast was adequate but not much. Casino was very small with no crap tables, charged a fee to cash out, ripoff!

very satisfying experience!
Location very good, lot of restaurants and the general manager help us solve some problem, for the price the hotel is very good. The interior of the hotel is good. The breakfast is simple buffet, don't expect a lot.
