BAD Experience.

BAD EXPERIENCE. .HOTEL STAFF NOT VERY WELCOMING. ..SHOWER DRAIN NOT WORKING. .ENDED UP GOING NEXT DOOR TO THE EUROSTARS PANAMA CITY HOTEL..

Old and smelly

First room was flooded (AC system was leaking) second room was very humid and smelly... Avoid this place... it cost 65$ per nigh with no breakfast other very nice hotel across the street cost 75-80 with breakfast. Witch Pretty much means the same. I have to say the the most horrible part of this horrible experience was the EXPEDIA CUSTOMER SERVICE GUY, Instead of trying to help it start creating more issues that were not existing.... NOT SURE WHAT THEY TEACH THEM DURING THE TRAINING....

Convenient hotel

Nice hotel, very safe location, within 5 minute walking distance to 24 hr major supermarket "El Rey", and El Carmen metro station. Breakfast buffet waa great with many local and american dishes.

3 mins walk to a metro station. There is a shopping mall across the street and has a post office in the mall which you might need for buying stamps and sending postcards. Fridge in rooms but locked....confusing. The traffic is awful. There is five floors parking lot but it is located at other side of the main entrance and hardly to be found since there is so many one way tiny road around it.

Nice hotel in the heart of Panama City

Pros: Room Space, Buffet Breakfast, Free Self-Parking,
Cons: Self-Parking directions, Available fridge
Location: Shopping, taking Metro
The hotel is an old hotel situated in a mayor street of Panama City close to the Metro and many small shops. It could help to describe how to get to the FREE PARKING LOT area since there are many One-Way drives around the area making it challenging to find the parking lot. The room only offers TWO Wi-Fi User/Password which is quite limited and the Log-In There was a fridge in the room, but it was locked. Not sure why it is there if left locked for guest use. The buffet breakfast is good with some hot foods and fruits. There is a nearby Post Office (COTEL) in case you want to send post cards to friends/family.

Staff a bit pushy

I thought the bell hops were a bit aggressive looking for tip money. Once he even came to my room knocking. Not cool. Also no hot water. It did get fixed so that is not why I took away a star from 4 to 3. No way I start it with a 5
