Upgraded to a better room

Posted Nov 9, 2017
Pros: The pool on the rooftop was great, most of the time we were the only people there.
Cons: Nothing specific
Location: Decent pizza/pasta resto at the back of the hotel. Lots to see if you like to walk.
This was our 3rd time at this hotel. Front desk suggested an upgrade which included breakfast buffet (okay but not much selection if you do not eat pork), restaurant discount but not for room service but the highlight was a large soaker bathtub which is not the norm in Panama. The room was a bit larger, bed very comfy and though we shortened our stay, it is a good choice for the area.

Unfortunately the hotel could not accommodate my request for an early check-in. Having to wait after an overnight flight for check-in was frustrating. It also took almost 2 days to fix a broken toilet.

Posted Sep 18, 2017
When we arrive the offer us to take a suite to have more service which we did and for a suite it's was horrible, no micro waves in the suite and ALL HOTEL?? ,hidden fees of 80$ for each friends who visit you at the hotel, one door missing in a dresser , breakfast stops at 10h30 flat ( door closed) will NEVER come back there!!

Do not stay there

Location: Subway station and restaurants nearby,.
They have a major problem with climate control on their premises, which led them to a excessively high humidity so all my clothes and belongings were wet as if I had thrown water to them. I have a very bad case of asthma that got exacerbated by my stay there and I told them many times about it without any type of response. It used to be a good place to stay. I will not go back. Food is terrible as well, I ordered a hamburger and it was one of the worst meals I have ever had at a Hotel.
