Convenient to many things in the area, and nice beachfront for the hotel. However, no simple ice machine, or hair dryer in the room, the beds are small.

Great location and value. We were scheduled to be in the annex across the street, but received a complementary upgrade to the tower. That made our stay even better. The property is right on the beach. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great place to stay. Only problem i need to address is the hotel needs more handicapped parking. My suggestion is make at least one side right in front of the hotel handicapped.

I was already on vacation in Panama City with a friend and we decided to stay another night but unfortunately the resort we were staying was already booked so we started looking for another place to stay for the one extra night. when we came across "The Flamingo Hotel and Tower" we thought it was a quaint place that reminded us of our trips to Panama City many years ago. So, We decided to give it a try. The Staff was very nice when we checked in they even let us check in early so we could get un packed and head to the beach, The Hotel it self was fine for the age of the building, The beds and the shower was clean as well as the kitchen area that we had. However, sometimes you cant tell what kind of people you are renting to and i am not a person that usually would be upset about the other people staying at the hotel, BUT there was a mother there with a few children at the pool one of them took a "POOP" in the pool. So they had to close the pool and it was still closed the next day when we left. Now This child was well over the age of being potty trained (at least 8yrs old). Either the door didn't shut very well or the walls were very thin because the street nose kept us most of the night. So with all that "The Flamingo Hotel" was ruined for us.

Other than the construction that’s going on, I really enjoyed my stay they are very friendly. The room was perfectly fine. The staff was friendly and kind. We had a blast.
