WHAT’S NEARBY
Beyond the beach just a few steps from the ground floor of the building, guests can enjoy personalized tours by Florida Dolphin and Snorkel Tours just 13-and-a-half miles from the resort. Pier Park, with a variety of shops and restaurants in a bright setting, is just three miles from the condo. Head just over 14 miles to the eastern end of Panama City Beach and visit St. Andrews State Park, where guests can explore the pier and hop on a shuttle boat tour.

Ok stay
I searched for Splash, Panama City and thought that was where I had booked but this property was next door. VRBO needs to improve how properties are listed. Disappointed that we didn’t have amenities of Splash for our grandson. This property needs update in kitchen furnishings. Parking needs to be included, too difficult to find code and pay upon arrival. Vacasa needs to improve app to show all codes- parking, pool, and door

Outrages fees and broken door kind of a bummer.
I was not happy with the listing having a good prices and then 807 fees, plus 339 service fee, but I'll take the blame for not checking more thoroughly. Not being able to close and lock the front door and having an exposed outlet for the whole trip is unacceptable. I sent pictures to Vacasa maintenance, but got no response. The property as a whole is very well maintained and clean. Parking and pool areas were easy to access and the beach is beautiful. The boards for the beach access had been newly installed and were slippery. They added rubber mats. Great attention to detail. I would stay again but in a different unit that has been updated and maintained.

The arrival was a bit confusing because we did not know we had to register to park and that parking was on the opposite side of condo. It would have been helpful if this was communicated. Location of property was perfect…beach view, chairs/umbrellas w/no extra charge, grocery store nearby, restaurants/treats/ shops at our convenience. The only problem we had is that the rental property did not supply us w/beach towels and told us that if we were cold natured we would need to bring our own blankets. If one is flying in for different state this would not be possible. So, I suggest a couple of nice beach towels and small blankets for when the nights cool down. Maybe, small bottle of oil, coffee filters and salt/pepper would be nice. I hope the building manager can get those slow elevators fixed!!! Over all we had a great time and enjoyed our stay!

Great location, dated decor
Loved the location and the size of unit. However, under the guest bed my teens found a water bottle, pillow and a pill. Thankfully my 3 year old didn’t find it. There was hair in the bathroom drawers. The decor is dated with older stove that the front left eye didn’t work great. We did have a great family time in spite of these slight inconveniences.
