When we got there, the front desk attendant helped change our room to the right type of accommodation for our family. She was incredibly helpful.

Disgusting room, old hotel

This hotel is old and dirty. The front desk took way too long to check me in, especially considering I arrived at around 10PM. The initial room I was given was totally disgusting. There were approximately 10 long, black hairs in the shower. I immediately approached the front desk for another room. The front desk person wasn't particularly concerned and finally got me another room. The second room wasn't very clean either. This hotel is in desperate need of a remodel and new staff would probably help as well. This particular Hampton Inn really gives a bad name to a normally very good hotel chain.
