Okay just for a quick sleep and leave
Checked in at 4 am just for a moment pace to sleep after traveling all night. The sign said no animals but 3 doors down from us there were dogs barking. No coffee available at all on property. I walked downstairs the clerk asked if I was looking for breakfast and when I said coffee she replied we don’t have that. Considering she asked if I was looking for breakfast I said then what about breakfast you mentioned and she replied we don’t do that either:

Spoke with the staff and the reason the guest was asked was because before covid we had breakfast to which most people believe we have still on going. She was looking to head of the question as it is commonly asked when the guest come looking around the lobby. The dog was sadly a person who passed off their animal as a service animal which we are by law unable to reject, and the guest was evicted after they left the animal in the room unattended which goes against ADA regulation. We try our best to combat people who fake service animals, but we can only operate under the constraints of the law. We hope that you will give us another chance in the future to give you a better experience. Thank you for staying with us!

My room smell like cigarettes the entire time when I reported it to the lobby, he let me know that they needed more evidence than just smoke to charge me for smoking in my room. The front desk people during the daytime were rude and I will not be staying here again.

We are sorry you did not enjoy your stay. We wanted to clarify that we cannot simply charge people for the scent of smoke as some people who are smokers carry the scent on them as they go in and out for smoking. We look for secondary evidence of smoking in order to charge someone for smoking. Thus, if you did not actually smoke in the room you would not be charged for smoking. That being said we do charge for things that are completely within the control of the guest such as refusing to check out on time without notifying the front desk or asking for extended check out times.
St Andrews State Park is not a long drive from this place. The price is cheap, but room is always nice.

Staff was rude, charged me a $100 deposit upon arrival, no kleenex facial tissue, hole in bathroom ceiling where the exhaust fan goes, horrible smell, on hotels.com I chose to book 2 queen beds but ended up with 2 full size beds and wouldn't move me

This is a great hotel. The only complaint that I have is that the beds are small. They are double beds.

You get what you pay for so suppose with this being one of the cheapest hotels near PCB. We needed for just one night until our condo was ready but would never come back again. Holes in walls/ceilings, paper thin walls, toilet flushes like it’s blasting off into space it’s so loud. Pillows weren’t even regular sized, they were throw pillows and super flat. Again only stayed one night for a few hours and wouldn’t go back

The Hathaway Inn is terrific; it's newly remodeled, the pool was clean, staff provided fresh towels and toiletries everyday! They talked and spoke and held great conversations. This was the last hotel left this past weekend when I looked on Expedia due to the 4th of July weekend; however, I was well pleased with the new accommodations.

We are sorry the train was an issue. Typically, the train runs once a day, but they have had increased traffic. We have petitioned the city to put a noise barrier up to help bring noise levels down around the hotel. Hopefully if we can have you back, they will have done this on your return.

Our housekeepers work exceptionally hard to provide a clean room for our guest so they will definitely appreciate the positive feedback! We hope each stay with us is better than the last and look forward to your return!
Rooms were clean. There is a $100 deposit that isn’t mentioned when you book online. The front desk charged our card $222 for the deposit by mistake (that was our room number). A nice place to stay if you’re looking for a place to stay while enjoying the area.

It's OK...
It was a decent hotel...no frills. My TV was not working correctly. I asked the front desk if they could fix or replace it. It never was fixed or replaced. Extremely disappointing when you have a teenager with you.
