Great Location

Pros: Good employees and friendly throughout the whole stay. Never had an issue with anything during our stay.
Cons: Room keys only let you get access to your floor. Great for security, but not good for a group that got separated to 3 different floors. had asked f
Location: Casino, bars, and restaurants are walking distance. Water activities are within 30 minutes by car in traffic.
Great place and location. Clean and modern rooms.

Nice central location, I think the hotel could be updated by just changing the carpet. otherwise the room and amenities were comfortable and nice.

Centrally located

Centrally located. A lot of resteraunts to choose from surrounding the hotel. as far as the hotel goes it's a good clean hotel but I think it's time for the carpet to go and sod Flor's to be installed. Seems to be what the nicer hotels are doing now.

It was okay with a good location. The American style breakfast of eggs to order and pancakes was nice but the rest of the food seemed prepackaged and the bread was very dry. Everything else about the hotel was very good.

Average and Uninspiring

It was our first visit to Panama City and we chose the hotel partially because it seemed to be close to downtown area. The room was average and sufficient. What was disappointing was how unhelpful the front desk was when we asked for information. We were directed to use the Hotel "taxi" when we wanted to go downtown and we eventually found out that what is usually a $3-5 ride,we were charged triple. The driver of this hotel "taxi" is a pleasant enough guy and he asked if he could take us to Al Brook airport the day after when we fly to Bocas Del Toro and said it would cost $20. We however found out from a local tour guide that we could get an English speaking Uber for $5-6 which we did. We are disappointed that the hotel staff would knowingly mis-direct us when as a hotel guest you would think that they would try to be helpful and give us pertinent information. We do not recommend that you stay in this hotel as the accommodation is average but more importantly that the personnel cannot be trusted.

Flooding in bathroom and TV didn't work

Had to change rooms twice. There was flooding in the bathroom, the TV didn't work, bath tub kept filling up due to blockage and overall quite filthy rooms. There are better options out there, avoid Hilton Garden Inn
