Pros: Location and cleanliness.
Cons: staff training and a review of price for food and beverage. We moved to the Intercontinental Mira Mar, 5 star hotel and the food and beverage prices.
Location: Good restaurants.
Hotel is ok. Staff needs training. Bar drinks are OUTRAGEOSLY priced. Good location.

Nice hotel close to financial district

Pros: Confortable and quite close to financial district
Cons: Better response from front desk. Faster repair of plumbing system

The only problem we had this time: there was NO hot water in in the facility for 2 days. Calling the front desk was a hassel. Otherwise room confort was superior and it was very clean

Nice big city hotel with a lot of amenities. Beautifully designed, with spacious hallways. Never had the proper number of towels without requesting them, though, a minor inconvenience.

Nice hotel right down town with good accomidations

when the staff is better than the GM

I make my revervarion the same day I arrive. using Expedia - I am always traveling - Expedia give me a discount using points. I was happy - great deal !!! For some reason at the front desk -reservation don't appear - I show all evidence to theFront desk- the young gentleman was very nice and appears doing his best to help - in the other hand the GM don't show a sense of hospitality - he need a tourism super houst course - I wait more than 40 min. Thanks to God I was hungry and I get some suchi ( good by the way ) neer the front desk - At the end GM Ask me for my credit card to guarantee the room - at present I don't know if I was charge twice or not. I don't care giving credit card for incidentals. But the room was already pre paid. Any way in general Was not a good feeling - In the other hand to be honest for the price and location this hotel is a good deal if you are short in budget. Big room -clean hot water -good air condition - good breakfast So go to the hotel and pray you don't get my GM - and be patience with front desk service time

Nice hotel close to everything.

Pros: setting, pool, and the atmosphere
Cons: The breakfast buffet should be kept warm.
Location: Location is excellent. You can shop, take the metro to the mall, everything is within walking distance.P
We enjoyed the setting of the hotel. The employees were extremely helpful and pleasant. We could walk to everything plus the access to the metro.

No cleaner, hair dry damage, coffe macker no work, no service cleaner, funiture dary, floor dury and look like a room that is no used long time. The room of this hotel is like 2 to 3 start.

Ok but not comming back

I will try to make a long story short Old hotel, rooms in good shape though, not enough towels, nor shampoo, need to ask for it every day. Room service took over 2 hours, need to say that Brevage and Food manager was very nice and solved situation nicely, chacl out was painfully slow
