Very Nice, Clean Hotel!

Pros: Very clean, and inviting! They have a very nice pool area, and a workout center!
Cons: Mattresses! Need to be able to choose firmness. Breakfast bar-needs improvement!
Location: The location was very nice, there are tons of things to do "When Places Are Open". A lot of businesses were closed. The Race World park needs updated!
Our room was exceptionally clean and stocked. The bed was not comfortable for me. I stayed at one La Quinta Hotel that has a Pillow Top Mattress and it was awesome! I slept like a baby! I do not know why they don't all have those beds! I think every Hotel should have different comfort level "firmness" mattresses for people to choose from. I would book with that hotel every time! The breakfast bar was Not very good either. But the a/c in rooms is GREAT! It was a very nice stay otherwise. Also, in winter you may want to bring a blanket as the blankets are very thin. But there A/C and HEAT.

Convenient and clean hotel

We have stayed here a couple of times and keep returning. We usually cannot get into our condo early , so we always stop here and stay a night until it is ready. We love the location. The hotel is very nice and clean. Check in and out is a breeze. We love the bedding at this hotel. The pillows are simply the best. It sounds crazy but you will love them. The bathrooms are large and the rooms are also large. We always get a King Suite.

Pick somewhere else

Unfortunately, they had just sprayed for pests, and I had multiple palmetto bugs appear on the ceiling and bathroom. When I mentioned it to the front desk staff, they did not apologize. They told me that it is a bug typical to Florida, and they just sprayed. Not exactly the reaction I was expecting.

Elevator out entire stay and we did not get our room cleaned although we stayed multiple days.

Pet friendly

We evacuated from the east coast of Florida to avoid Hurricane Matthew. I booked the day before we stayed. In my haste I didn't notice it was a pet friendly hotel. The room smelled like dogs. I believe everyone there had dogs in their room but us. The room looked clean but it did not smell clean. Other than that it would have been acceptable for the price. The staff was friendly and helpful.
