Location is convenient to most points of interest. The staff was most professional & pleasant. The carpet in the hall way was dirty, but it was just after spring break so there wasn’t time for it to be cleaned.. we would stay here again. More bang for our buck.

We came from ATL for spring break staff was friendly room was clean,breakfast was good the pool and hot tub was a plus I was worried about the reviews but our room was clean and cozy we will definitely return

I DID NOT LIKE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Terrible, terrible customer service. The ladies at the front desk were VERY rude, unhelpful, and had at attitude every time I talked to them about an issue I had. I was charged a pet fee for 2 nights even though my pet NEVER came. I asked for a refund due to the fact that my pet ended up never coming and I was told that I could not get one. The ladies at the front desk were not trying to help me find a solution to the problem at all. I was told over and over again to call the manager. There was NEVER a manager or assistant manager on staff at the hotel during my stay there. I asked to speak with a manager and the lady at the front desk gave me a card with her information on it. I called the manager 5 TIMES AND EVERY TIME I CALLED THE CALL WENT STRAIGHT TO VOICEMAIL. I WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL IN THE FUTURE AND I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO OTHERS. On top of all of this, the first night I used the toilet in my room, it was making a LOUD sound like the water was still coming in the toilet ALL NIGHT. That same night I told the front desk and I asked was it normal for the toilet to do that and I was told yes it was and she lied because obviously that is not normal for the toilet to do that, I was told to shake the handle or turn the knob and MAYBE it would stop. Maintenance was never called that night. As a customer staying at the hotel, I should not have been told to shake the handle or turn the knob. My overall rate is poor.

When we got to our room there were dirty towels next to our door in the hallway. They were not removed till the next day. On one of the beds there was an orange redish stain on the sheet. I wouldnt use the breakfast feature as a highlight. Most items were unavailable with empty spaces. If there are not other hotels available I'll only book here just cause i know the area. I travel here at least once a month. I'm going back this week but booked with a different hotel this time.

The property was convenient to the sports park we were attending. Our room was clean, the bathroom was clean, the towels were a good size. The staff was very friendly. The hotel needs updating. Carpets in hallways need to be replaced. Otherwise a good value and I would stay there again if we come back.

We visit PCB often and this location is almost always our first choice if we don't want to stay beachfront. The rooms are always clean and comfortable and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Our absolute favorite thing about staying here is that it's within walking distance to Taylor's for breakfast!

Our hotel stay here was wonderful. Staff were friendly and helpful. Housekeepers were very friendly and helpful with suggestions on great places to eat, etc. Place was clean, continental breakfasts were good, with some variations each day. And prices were very affordable. Thank you!

When i was at the Wyndham PCB there was nothing I did not lick the place was very clean and the staff where very nive to me and the breakfast was very good i had no complaints about it every day the was diffrent every day. Yes I would go there again and tell my friends about the hotel And the made me very welcome.
