Dirty and terrible smell

We got a room that smelled like dog diarrhea mixed with air freshener. We asked for another one and got a slightly better one. My daughter walked the new room carpet with white socks and they got dirty within a minute. The room smelled awfull and the furniture was chewed by a dog. We had to take pictures of the room before occupying it and showed them to the front desk. The walls were dirty, because the air comming from the A/C. We stayed there because we were tired and was late. I do NOT recommend this hotel.

Business Hotel

Pros: Elevated to suite at no charge when room wasn't ready.
Dingy feeling when walking hallways. Light bulb was burned out over suitcase stand. Noise level was tolerable. Breakfast was OK. (Alright, I'll admit that the 4 previous hotels I stayed in this month were Holiday Inn Express, so I guess I was a bit spoiled. I also expected the IHG Rapid Check-Out).

The facility was clean and the staff was very professional. Provided excellent services during check-in and out.

Rooms have musty smell coming from blower & I think the carpet has something to do with it. Otherwise a good stay. Had to be moved from 1st room due to a loud party on 1st floor & I was above it but next room solved the problem. Comfy beds & decent breakfast.

Good location

This property is right in tourist row and close to beach. The time we were there in January it was really quite. Room was comfortable but a little dated. The small upholstered chair was dirty looking and needing tossed. The breakfast was just okay.

Anniversary Getaway

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was decent, but wish it had more then just sausage to choose from as a meat. Very clean and comfortable rooms. We were only 8 miles away from the beach, which the staff pointed told us of a public park to park for free and access directly to the beach. Plus it had a great working Spa. We would surely stay again.
