I have complained to Book That Condo and sent pictures of the dirty state of the condo, even though we were told it had been cleaned and inspected ready for our arrival.The dishwasher was absolutely disgusting with what looked like a black slime near the filter , as if the possibility of contracting Covid isn’t enough goodness knows what we could have picked up from washing pots in that.
We only slept there for two nights and found ourselves paying to stay at the Springhill Suites for our remaining four nights which we could not really afford to do as the holiday had already cost enough.
We have been visiting Florida for 20 years and I can quite honestly say that we have never stayed anywhere so appalling as the condo in the Majestic Beach Resort.
I sent a email on Sunday 12th March and was told it would be forwarded to the manager and general manager.As yet we have only had an email back on the same day asking if we would like it to be cleaned again which we declined as it was supposedly already been done.
We are hoping to get some reimbursement but as yet no one seems interested as to how it spoilt our initial stay in PCB we are not even sure if we are emailing the right department and have asked them if there is another email address to send it to but of course as yet we have heard nothing.
