The elevator stopped working and they couldnt get it fixed until next morning. I had to walk 2 flights of stairs with 2 artifical hips. The desk clerks were not the friendliest. The walls are paper thin and I could hear walking and tv from other rooms. However the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable

I was moved to 4 different rooms, 1st room - TV did not work, 2nd room - stunk and no TV, 3rd room - no TV, 4th room - faint odor and only 3 channels on the TV, plus shower did not work. Tub worked but not shower. Hotel stunk of people vaping or smoking marijuana all night, could smell it coming under the door. Hallway was noisy all night. No one available in the morning to check out at 8 am. Don't just stay away - run away!

We do our best to ensure that smokers do not smoke in our nonsmoking rooms or common areas, both of which result in a bad musty smell; and when a situation like this occurs, we try to address it immediately, thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting to restore the clean smell of our accommodations. Guest satisfaction is top priority at our hotel; for that reason, we truly appreciate your feedback about the guest experience at the hotel. We do not allow smoking in common areas at all and we will be implementing stricter measures in the future. Thank you.

Front entrance feels like either a police precinct or ER the way the automatic doors and tiny window are situated. This room did have a microwave and mini-fridge, but they put me in the room right across from the elevator - this wasn't a big deal; the bathroom shower head diversion valve (usually on lower spigot) could not be figured out so I was not able to take a shower (it was too early in the day for me to call front desk LOL); there is no solid toilet lid and linens stacked on a shelf right above toilet are at risk of being dropped into toilet; the $10 extra for "breakfast" was a downer since there was no confirmation/ticket/voucher that I paid it - I could have just grabbed what was there had I not paid. "Breakfast" was just some processed/prepackaged foods, bagels, bananas, apples, and coffee/juice - no cooked hot foods. What really concerned me overall was the intense Pine-Sol vapors that hit me when I first walked into my room, knowing what this solvent is often used to cover up . . . BUT, no bed bugs found in my luggage so far! Initially I thought price was right for the small room, inadequate room/bathroom design, and "breakfast" (IE "you get what you pay for") but coworkers staying at an adjacent hotel apparently had a much better experience (less than $10 more). I will likely opt for the adjacent place next time.

GREAT Time! Lobby was super clean, workers very friendly, room was cleaned every morning (stayed a full week). Bathroom was a bit smaller but still worked out great for our stay. Breakfast could be better but hey its a free breakfast so anything is better than nothing.

Housekeeping left garbage in room and we spotted several roaches in our rooms. Walls were thin, lots of noise in the hallways and unsavory people in and out at all hours. Beds were comfortable but noise made it hard to sleep.

Upon the 1st entry to the room-wreaked of PineSol, floor was tacky-accidentally spilled some water and when I wiped it up the towel came up black, the bathroom sink was cracked down the middle, the toilet paper holder was broken, the handle for the shower was broken, the cable box teetered between the wall and on top of the flat screen TV-breakfast was bagels and cereal, coffee and juice-noisy people and halls smelled either of garlic or beef stew-

The outside was clean and that was nice. The carpets in the hallways were filthy and smelled strongly like mold. The flooring in our room was lament flooring, which was fine, but it bowed a lot when we walked. The bathroom tile moved every time you walked on it and could even be picked up. We did not both stand in the bathroom at the same time because of how insecure the floor felt. I was happy to have the room as a get away with my husband but I will not stay here again. The lobby was nice but once you took the elevator to higher floors, it was a complete 180.

Nice place but bad battery
It would have been a great stay but the smoke detector battery went bad in the middle of the night and the smoke detector started chirping. I had to get the staff to come and install a new battery at 4:30 AM.

Valentine stay
This was by far the worst hotel stay I’ve had anywhere. I had to wait almost 10 mins for someone to even show up to check me in, got to my non smoking room for it to smell so bad and like cigarettes that I swore someone had just walked out smoking, roaches in the room walked down the morning of check out to grabbed something small to eat there was one bagel and 2 things of cereal at 8:10 so it wasn’t even late and then a roach crawling on the countertop so glad I didn’t grab food

Room Smelt like pee, the room I reserved wasn't what I was given, moldy, floors and chair dirty, there was a tub in the room that the tile was breaking all around it unsafe. The room I reserved was suppose to have a couch and this one didn't so I ask about the other room that I wanted I was told they no longer have so false advertising. They only offered me a different room for the same price I paid for a suite which was just as nasty. I had no other choice but to request a refund and find other accomodations.

My stay was a single night with no expectation for upscale accommodations and this was definitely not upscale. To be fair it was clean and room was comfortable but bare minimum for staff availability as well as free breakfast.
