Convenient to walk across the street to the beach.Posted Sep 29, 2015
It was okay. It was clean. Not a terrible place to stay if you're looking for convenience to the beach. The picture over exaggurate a little and the Only problem I really has was I slid the curtains back and they fell down on me, which I'm not surprised panama city as a whole and more than majority hotels just needs a update. But over all driving 5 hours to arrive at 3 am. I was able to sleep comfortably.

smelled like urinePosted Sep 28, 2015
This hotel is close to the beach, but you must access it from the public access beach areas. The hotel staff was rude at check in. When we got in our room, the carpet was moist and the room smelled like urine. When I turned down my covers to get into bed, behold! Sand! I didn't even bother taking a shower considering the fact that the toilet wouldn't even flush. Despite the sand in the bed, the bed and comforters were quite comfortable. That was the only good thing (minus the sand).

Very nice older hotelPosted Sep 24, 2015
Pros: View. Price.
Cons: New faucets. Breakfast. Fix the fan in the elevator.
Location: It is on the strip. Ocean across the street.
Smooth check in. Clerk was very friendly and went thru the amenities like she had studied them. It has covered parking which was nice due to it was raining. It is an older hotel so it is by no means perfect but well kept. New TV fresh paint bathroom was OK. Very nice view of the ocean across the street.

It was alright.Posted Sep 13, 2015
It's won't be a first choice, but it was ok. The staff was really nice. The location wasn't awful, but... It was hard to get in and out of.

Young~Lives No family stayPosted Aug 30, 2015
When we first got there, at midnight on a Thursday, the lady at the front desk had little info. for us. I had to ask all the questions. However, she did move us to the first floor instead of 3rd because the elevator was broken. Our room was next to party goers (under 21) who would camp out in front of our room at 3 am, yes I did tell them to move and that we had children sleeping and they did, but you could still hear them. The day staff was super helpful and sweet. Especially the manager, he was super friendly. Don't walk barefoot anywhere there... My kid pointed out a couple on the 2nd floor in their towels..making out (also young) at 10 am. The beach access was down the street and across, which was really nice it wasn't a bad walk. We were close to everything grocery, liquor stores and restraunts. I make the best of where I stay, but if you're that picky type, don't stay here unless you're yoing, broke and ready to party.

No frillsPosted Aug 29, 2015
It is a basic room, no frills. It is across the street from the beach. They have a pool, but it's near the office and the hwy.

This was a great place to stay. I booked late and still they had good pricing. Although the outside of the building seems sketch on the inside the rooms are really nice and clean. It's close to the beach and near eating places.

Comfortable at its bestPosted Aug 17, 2015
Wish it were on the beach but it was one of the better ones that I've stayed at in Panama City for a good price. Comfortable beds, clean rooms, nice staff.
