Kids will love the covered water park where they can play, rain or shine, while mom and dad lounge in the heated pool or hot tub. Enjoy lunch, have a snack or sip a drink at the poolside bar and grill. Or take a float down the lazy river together then let the kids play in the interactive water play pool. The older kids will enjoy the arcade and mini bowling alley. Then after dark head to the heated pool to watch a 'dive in' movie on the full size movie screen.*

After a full day of activities at Splash! you can relax in your sixth floor luxury condominium, watch movies on the 42' flat screen TV, soak in the garden tub or shower and know you will sleep well on the king size solid foam mattress in the master bedroom and queen size pillow top mattress in the second bedroom. Both bedrooms have 32' flat screen LCD TV's with blue ray DVD players. You can surf the Internet free from the condo, without having to get to a common area. Upon awakening grind your own coffee beans in the Cusinart Coffee maker and enjoy freshly ground coffee while you watch the dolphins from the balcony. Get your blood pumping in the state of the art exercise facility overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico.

Now you are ready to enjoy a day of water play, relaxing or shopping in the on site Alvins Island or in the new Pier Park just a short distance away. The condo was very nice. Plenty of room for the 3 of us that ended up going. The area was great. My 14 year old son and his friend had a great time and I felt comfortable letting them go down to the pools without me. They said they had a great time. Only issue really was that the sliding door in the living room was very hard to open and close. I couldn’t do it, the boys had to do it for me. We had some great food and we can recommend Marcos Pizza. It was great. We enjoyed our stay but it really is geared to families with young children and mine were just a little too old.

Very good size, clean & relaxing! Amazing view, accommodated our 2 year old, 4 year old, husband & my dad perfectly! So close to everything. Amazing beach view & access! Love love LOVE the splash pad, water park, pools & lazy river! We were so sad to leave, will be booking again!

Overall we had a great stay at this condo! The condo was clean except for the sheets on the sleeper sofa but we found a clean set in the closet so it was an easy fix. The 6th floor location isn’t too high but still has a great view :) the kids loved the pools and water park. The sliding balcony door in the living room was very hard to open and close so we mainly went to the balcony through the master bedroom. We would definitely visit again!

In unit 606e the living room furniture, mirrior, and bathrroom shower curtain were dirty. The guest bedroom comforter had dried crusty food on both sides and was clearly not washed. The resort was really nice and the condo is as well just wasnt cleaned well.

Kitchen too small ~ listed for 6 people and that’s way too small 2 nd bed was not comfortable and had to call to have dishwasher replaced and new pillows and outdoor chairs was rusted out but was replaced the next day. No pantry and not equipped for 6 people… way too small.

Very nice location right on beach. Love room being on 6th floor. Not too high, but high enough for great view. Splash maintenance responded promptly with a few minor issues. Owners good to work with.
