The hotel room was good, one light was blinking when on, the view from the room was magnificent. My complaints about this hotel:
1. The parking should not be called such a thing. It is an awful small area, not paved, impossible to drag luggage from there. At the end one of the employees offered to park our rental car in another place.
2. We stayed just one night. We had a hard day as I had an accident during that day, that ended in the emergency room. We were tired. I asked in the front desk if we would have water in the room, they said yes. When we arrived to the room, there was just 1 little bottle. If they knew that we were 2 people, why in the world they left just 1? My husband went downstairs to get another bottle of water, but he forgot his mask. The front desk clerk told him to go to the bar to get the water. Three rude employees were in the bar by themselves (no customers). When my husband asked for the water, they said very rudely that they were not going to give him anything because he was not wearing a mask. I understand the need of the mask and the fear Panamanians have, but the only think they had to do was to give him the water and they will be done. Water is a basic need of human beings. They did not need to be that rude. In the overall, we slept very comfortably, but they need to train their employees better. Customer service is one of those things that will keep me from go back to a place. There are many other places around to stay.
