It was a good stay for $100 a night. Check in was at 3 p.m. though which is unusual.

I understand, most hotel check in times are at 4pm. We selected 3pm to give our guests extra time to enjoy the hotel facilities and local area. Karen

Roach Motel. Over priced

Aside from the dirty floors and blood on the walls and white bath tub that has turned yellow, I was fine until I woke up with a cockroach crawling on me !!

Terrible stay ' get better.

Awful!!! Checked out after one night. Beds were not queen, we were sleeping on top of each other. Black feet from carpet. Towels smelt bad.

Nice 3 star place

The place was nice and so were the people. Close to the mall and 15 minutes away from the beach. Overall 3.5.

Sheets were stained, and there was a roach in bed

Pros: Good location near the mall, food, gas, and banks. It was convenient.
Cons: Check out staff not very nice, didn't follow online guidelines as far as payment procedure. I wanted to pay cash but had to secure reservation with a card. I selected pay at hotel option but staff didn't read and charged the card anyway. Also Set roach bait in corners or do pest control, no one likes waking up to a roach on the bed. Overall the room needs a deep clean including bathroom.

Responding to Anonymous reviews are very difficult as I can't do research to address your issues. I can address the credit card issue. When you select 'pay at hotel' as an option this needs to be done at check in. Every guest at check in must provide a valid form of payment to cover their stay. If you did not pay cash for your stay at check in the hotel will charge your card as payment. We have weekly professional pest control. I have gone through a month's worth of hotel records and can not find any information documented regarding the issues you have listed here.

The bushes going out on left of place in the way

Pros: Bed comfortable
Cons: Breakfast was good but the first morning the cranberry juice diluted down and second day orange juice diluted down and add bananas to breakfast/orange
Location: Ms newbees and restaurants
Update the microwaves and update furniture and thats all

Thank you for your comments. Our juice machine dispenses concentrated juice from sources that make it impossible to dilute. It may appear that way if the dispenser needs replacing and when that happens a red light appears on the dispense button. I have advised our landscapers of your concern regarding the hedges so they can address that concern.

Wouldn't advise any travelers to stay there. The staff were rude and horrifying experience

Responding to an Anonymous review like this is almost impossible. We take pride in giving legendary guest service, offering clean rooms at reasonable prices. Not to say we don't drop the ball every now and then but I can without hesitation say we don't do that with our guest service.
