The property was okay It’s started off shaky because our rooms was not ready but after that everything was great! The staff is friendly, it’s close to everything and the beach was just steps away! I would visit again

The Condo was terrible, there were stains on bedding, it was a 3rd world country apartment where the water would shut off and come back on. The Pool was terribly cold, like Northern Michigan Cold. The beach was off limits and there were so man people with no security. Police had to clear the beach 3 days that we were there. It was unsafe for my family. My Wife and Daughters thought this would have been safer than going to Mexico wow, were they wrong. Also, my car was hit! In the parking lot parked. The parking is terrible. Going up a one lane road all the way to the 11th floor in the parking garage and then having to back in so your car can fit in the parking spot was incredibly nerve racking.. Needless to say it was the worst vacation I have been on in a while...

The wall in the master bedroom was pouring water down it and had black mold on the baseboard. It wasn't even raining outside. The indoor pool/hot tub was disgusting. The outdoor pool was freezing and nobody was able to swim in it. There were stains (from what we don't know) on the furniture. The dishwasher left the dishes dirty, leaving behind a black substance on the dishes (we hand washed everything). The front door of the unit was broken. The bar/restaurant wasn't open, even though it was advertised. The best thing about the property was the parking, as it was close to our 10th floor unit. Overall it was terrible. We left a day early. We would never go back.

Unfortunately, we never got any calls or messages about a leak in your room and upon inspection at departure no leak was detected. If you could please send us more information about the leak and where it was coming from please. Also, as for the outdoor pool it was winter time when you came to the resort. The outdoor pool is not advertised as heated only the indoor pool.

Staying at this property was a great experience for me and my family! It was very family friendly. Great food and drinks and environment. Unfortunately we had to leave early because i got sick so we didnt stay the whole time we paid for but will definitely come back again and get to stay the whole time!

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Loves the washer and dryer in the room. However, the unit was not up to par. Dishwasher was old and not mounted into cabinet - tilted forward when opened and slides drawn out. Only one burner on stove worked - the others were dirty and smoked when turned on because of old food residue. There was no exhaust fan on stove. Only 1 fork - need more utensils. Towels and sheets thin and cheap. Pull out couch mattress flat and lumpy - could not sleep on it - very uncomfortable. Fridge made strange noises. Tv volume would not go up - we could hardly hear the tv. No dustpan, only broom. Our parking spot was on level 11, so it took 5.5 minutes upon entering the parking garage to reach our spot.

The whole property was filthy. The condo was very dirty too. There was urine on one of the toilets. The floors hadn’t been mopped and barely swept. The TV’s were not operable because remote were broken (tried new batteries). The TV in the living room had a black shadow on the picture. Not enough silverware. Balcony was filthy!!! The instructions to get to your condo wasn’t communicated. You get the condo number the parking but not the floor your condo is on. We needed a push wheelchair and security called a company they found on google, not a vetted company by Shore of Panama. I spoke with the company and gave them information. They said a chair was being a rush delivery. Over an hour later no chair. I called the company and they had no clue what I was talking about. I think your security team and management did an EPIC FAIL! You had sand wheelchairs, which is great, but why do you not have your own push wheelchair? Security said you use to. If this is true, shame on you! Disabled guests spend money just like regular folk! The only positive thing that happened was having to extend due to my husband becoming ill, which is why I needed a chair. The girl that took care of this was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Give her a raise and get her to train your other subpar staff. This was a horrible experience. We will not be back! We will also leave other online reviews. I wonder if ADA laws are being broken????? Hummmm?

I rented this for my daughter who is in her 50's. It was dirty. She had to walk to Walmart and purchase cleaning supplies. She then found out that there was no room service and could not get towels. 2 of the elevators were overloaded with people and dropped a couple of floors and could not get out for several hours. Had I known all of this and more, I would have not booked.

The views are amazing. The people are really friendly & laid back. Access to the beach is great. Everyone was complaining about the slow elevators & lack of parking. If you do not drive a small compact car it is really difficult to park. Overall we had a great time & met a lot of people. This condo building is very large with a lot of rooms. If you have children I would recommend staying on a lower level where you can utilize the stair’s.

MOM WAS URINATED ON, NOTHING WAS DONE! STAY AWAY!
We got to our “resort” and the parking garage already proved to be a pain, which ehh whatever it’s parking…. Well… we get to the room and it’s FILTHY. The floors didn’t appear to be swept, dirt and filth build up on baseboard, cabinets had gunk all over them probably hadn’t been wiped down in weeks, dust and dirt piled high on fan blades, dirty underwear under one of the bathroom sinks, my sister sat on gum on one of the couches, we couldn’t use any kitchen utensils because they were disgusting and the drawers they were in were just as bad. Then the worst, the people above us, maybe 18-21 year old males peed on my mom off the balcony…. And security did NOTHING. They were still there the next night, and keep my sister and nieces up until 6 the NEXT morning. They don’t care about you, no type of refund offered, you can get peed on and say it’s not their problem and continue to let those people stay there. The pool was cloudy the whole time, and people were complaining about the smell of urine around the bushes that our balcony was above. The washing machine smelt AWFUL so we didn’t even get to wash our clothes or towels. One of the doors was off the hinges, and a remote was missing. Can’t wait for them to try to charge me for all of that. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

Ma'am there was no damages to the door at your check in the manager whom you spoke with many many times during your stay inspected the room before you checked in that Friday. She found no damages and door was in working order. If the door was truly broken from check in and unsecured don't you feel that you would have called the emergency line immediately when you arrived to the room to report the door was broken into and not secured? Not 2 days later. You were also offered a different room and refused. Your review is completely unfair as you are upset you all kicked the door in and had to pay for it.

We couldn’t park on the 7th floor as we were supposed to because it was roped off. We had to park on the 12th floor. The elevators were extremely slow if you could even get on. There was no AC vent in one of the bedrooms. There was no lent catcher in the dryer. The refrigerator was not cooling when we first got there and I had to call to find out how to make it cool. I tried calling the front desk everyday we were there and got no answer! I will never stay there again!

Our Condo was a disgusting mess. Sand in the beds. Mold and fungus all over the shower curtain. Nasty floors. Trash piled up outside the elevators. The fridge in our unit wasnt cold and you can’t adjust it. The light bulb in the fridge just hangs down from its wires. Furniture was falling apart and filthy. Toilets were nasty inside and out. Gross, slimy fungus on the balcony deck. This could be a good resort, but our unit was awful, half-hour waits on elevators and the parking situation for this unit is awful because it’s on the 11th deck. I recommend skipping this resort because the rules aren’t enforced and it’s just another rowdy mess, but if you must, only book when you can choose and review a specific unit. And pray you don’t get the unit I had, which I’m not allowed to mention. Nasty, Nasty, Nasty.

Not the best, but not the worst.
The condo itself was spacious. The pool is amazing and the beach is incredibly close! But there was a roach in the condo and by the pool. Their was a huge stain on the floor in one of the rooms and some of the furniture was on it’s last leg. Since they’re independently owned, you can’t request extra toilet paper, towels, etc. You have to buy your own once you use the original ones they provide. We thankfully came right after spring break so there was no elevator wait or noise at night. The majority of staff was very friendly!
