Contact hotel directly before you book!

I was told by "book it.com" that I could have a condo at this hotel (which is really a condo complex) with two rooms, each having two double beds and a free roll-away bed. This complex has no condo like that and NO roll-away beds. We had to make do with sleeping arrangements. Also, NO one is there after 5 p.m. and you can't check in until 4 p.m. We did not know this - if we had been five minutes later, we would have had to find another place to stay for the night, because no one would've been there to give us keys. As it was, the office was closed by the time we got to our condo and realized the beds were not as promised. I called the phone number on the office door, for "after hours" help and NO ONE returned my calls. I called and left several messages, to no avail. The balcony, pool and beach were wonderful! The condo was nice, but drawers in the kitchen were broken. I would NOT go back to this place because of the complete lack of customer service.
