Central as long as you figure how to take transit

Staff if the best price is awesome and take transit 2 blocks away you can get to the airport 1 block away

Pros: Location, and the hotel itself is kept up well.
Cons: Staff.
Location: Downtown, easy taxi ride to anywhere.
Really happy with the Hotel itself. The management could do themselves a huge favor and get some staff that have been trained in basic customer service. I woke up and went downstairs asking where I can find a cup of coffee. She said "hold on let me see if breakfast is included with your room." She pulled up my room on the computer. Then went to a file and pulled out a folder, looked at some papers. Then back to the computer, then back to the folder. About Five times. Then someone called. She answered the call and attended to them, about ten minutes. She hung up and continued ignoring me. I said "excuse me" and got her attention. She went back to the computer and folder over and over again visibly confused. Then she gave me a small red ticket said this is for breakfast. I went in the restaurant, sat down and ordered. Just as they were bringing me my plate she entered the restaurant, said she made a mistake, and that breakfast is not included. I stood up and asked the waiter how much for just the coffee. She said I can still pay for the breakfast. I said no thanks. The waiter asked her who would pay for this now? I said to her how can you re-neg after telling me it was included? She looked confused and said the hotel would pay. So unprofessional and incredible someone so clueless is working with the public.

lobby staff was great dining / bar area was run by kids - always on phones when you ordered wine they went next door to the mini-super to fill your request

I arrived at 1: 00 am, the door was closed. The host was sleeping I guess because I called and nobody answer and suddenly someone appears to open the hotel door. Everything was dark and quiet like a ghost town. But the room was nice and comfortable.

Fair Hotel

Pros: Very Clean, polite, curtieous staff.
Cons: Open for breakfast by 6:30am
Location: ok Had to take a taxi to get places, not much within walking distance.
Nice and clean, poor WiFi connection, Late opening for breakfast, Limited menu.

Close to Albrook

Pros: Close to Albrook
Cons: Staff, hot water
Location: Can walk easily to many places
Staff told me late check out wasn't a problem and then changed their mind their next day
