Perfect location, great for the price.

Really happy with the Hotel itself. The management could do themselves a huge favor and get some staff that have been trained in basic customer service. I woke up and went downstairs asking where I can find a cup of coffee. She said "hold on let me see if breakfast is included with your room." She pulled up my room on the computer. Then went to a file and pulled out a folder, looked at some papers. Then back to the computer, then back to the folder. About Five times. Then someone called. She answered the call and attended to them, about ten minutes. She hung up and continued ignoring me. I said "excuse me" and got her attention. She went back to the computer and folder over and over again visibly confused. Then she gave me a small red ticket said this is for breakfast. I went in the restaurant, sat down and ordered. Just as they were bringing me my plate she entered the restaurant, said she made a mistake, and that breakfast is not included. I stood up and asked the waiter how much for just the coffee. She said I can still pay for the breakfast. I said no thanks. The waiter asked her who would pay for this now? I said to her how can you re-neg after telling me it was included? She looked confused and said the hotel would pay. So unprofessional and incredible someone so clueless is working with the public.
