This is the second time I have stayed at this location and it has not disappointed. Everyone of the staff members, front desk (Pamela), breakfast staff( I didn’t get her name) and the cleaning lady-all were so kind helpful and considerate. They made me feel at home. I cannot imagine how this hotel can function without its staff. The rooms were nice and clean. Breakfast was a variety of food and all was delicious. This hotel is located close to stores and the metro-it was easy to get around. The pool on the rooftop was beautiful. I will always stay here when I visit Panama.

Good overnight stay. I requested a king size bed, but I was given a double. But the room was clean, shower was good, and the linen was fresh.

I was recommended this hotel by a cousin. In downtown walkable little stores to buy waters and sodas cheap. A must get is a room with breakfast included, talk about getting started the day right. Lots of options and slight daily menu variations. All the staff were so nice, very helpful even if you didn’t take speak Spanish. Bring lots of 1 and 5 for tips, a little tip goes along away. When we were leaving our room I gave a five dollar tip to the housekeeper, that had been keeping our room nice and tidy, she was so grateful. She gave me a great big hug.

We have been staying here since 2021 and we have seen a lot of improvement, yet this occasion we were given a room with the worst mattress and pillows ever. The pool area was great and the staff too!

The hotel is located in a very safe, modern location surrounded by buildings and many dinning and shopping options, also there is a park very close by. Check in and check out was a breeze, the room was well equipped and clean. All the facilities seemed well upkept. The hotel staff was very professional and friendly. Breakfast was very good with many options to choose from. The only inconvenience I had was that the hotel street flooded due to heavy rains and there was no way in our out from the hotel, this only lasted 1-2 hours after the rains passed.

It wasn't homely, the air wasn't smelling clean, it was musty from entering the hotel and heading straight to the room was no difference. The room wasn't cleaned properly but after they were made aware, the house cleaning attendant did a good job in making it smell and feel better (thanks to Rosa). Honestly, i would'nt go back there.

Staff were great and efficient- had issues with door lock and A/C, both of which were resolved by the next day or same day. Very clean! Front desk knowledgeable, helpful. Shower leaked water all over bathroom floor, structural design flaw. Overall, I can recommend this place if you want central location. Affordability and a good experience . Rooftop is beautiful and sky bar has locals there enjoying their drinks- always a good sign.

We loved we could walk to a bunch of different restaurants in the area. It was in a great area in a neighbourhood close to a park. The room was very spacious and the bed really comfortable.

Staff are helpful & friendly. Hotel is very nice & has good location. We liked the complimentary breakfast with variety of choices. We also enjoyed the rooftop swimming pool, where you can get a beautiful view of downtown Panama City. We arrived few hours early from our cruise but we were allowed early check in as soon as the room was ready without extra charge. This meant a great deal to us & we truly appreciate it. Will surely recommend this hotel to friends & family.
