Excellent hotel, I would definitely stay again

Pros: Hotel staff were brilliant, so helpful and nice. Restaurant food was amazing. Bedroom was large, well maintained and had a comfortable bed. Spa is very nice too.
Cons: The worse thing was that I had to use one lift to get downstairs and another to get up to the breakfast area but that wasn't too bad. The lifts are quick and not busy.
Location: Middle of the business area, very built up. Taxi needed to get to elsewhere but these are plentiful.

Pros: Check out, cocktails
Cons: The room needed maintenance, the rug had stains, the mattress is old, the coffee machine was broken.
Location: Great location, restaurants and bars nearby
I stayed here for a night and the hotel service was awfull. After the overpriced dinner that was not up to standard I recieved a call at 10:30 pm asking me to pay for dinner!, even though i charged it to my room. The rooms bathroom was run down the furniture felt old and not taken care of; there were stains on the rug, the clock was not ser properly, the matress was terrible, it felt old and run down and to finish the cofee machine was broken.

Not a boutique anymore !

Been in this hotel several times and unfortunately there is no boutique attention anymore. Check in was as any other hotel, before they use to offer a towel and a beverage, now there is just a formal hello. I paid for a studio and was a very small room with poor amenities and an unconfortable bed. Clean was just ok and breakfast with very limited options. This was the best hotel in Panamá but those days are gone !

Nice hotel, hotel staff could use more training

Arrived approx. 6 hours prior to check in time. Front desk staff was slow to wait on us; however, it was worth the wait because they gave a free upgrade room. We ordered room service approximately 4 time and each time something was wrong with either the meal or the service. We couldn't understand as to why this occurred because someone always called later to confirm the order. Experience very frustrating. Each time we addressed the front desk, the staff either disappeared or appeared to busy doing something else then taking time to acknowledge our presence. beautiful hotel just wish the majority of the staff service was as nice

Ive stayed in the hotel in the past and it's a pity to see that from tha last time I has there in November last year to this year every aspect has decreased.

Pros: My experience could not have been better!! Beautiful accommodations Great Bed,Beautiful room,excelllent service,good food!! Wonderful shower!!

A night at the Bristol

Pros: The room was excellent.
We have stayed here many times before, and love the hotel, but I do not find the changes to the restaurant to be positive. The menu is less intriguing, they would not serve us food from the bar menu even though we preferred the items on that menu and they came out of the same kitchen. Really? So we were disappointed. The breakfast in the lounge was excellent.

Impresive rooms and good location. Exensive dinning for families with kids but walking distance from an affordable 24hr modest restaurant.
