Staff was very friendly!

Pros: Value, location, friendly staff
Cons: The casino wasn't open due to construction.
Stayed in February for 3 nights. It is an older hotel, starting to show its age. The rooms were very good, comfortable and clean. We ate breakfast in the hotel one morning and it was alright. What the hotel lacked in amenities and age, the employees more than made up for with their excellent service. Very comfortable and reasonably priced.

Good value

Pros: good location and value
Cons: staff didn't really know what was going on. Language barrier I think was only part of the problem.
Location: close to casinos bars and nightlife.
It has a good location. difficult to find in a rental car. room quality was average but the price was right

Poor quality and old hotel

The hotel facility is very old and you can smell it. Very poor Internet connection. Parking car garage located in the back side of the hotel and has very uncomfortable access. In the very same price you can find a much better hotels in Panama City! The hotel needs to go through a refreshment urgently!!!!!

Ni con un 40% off vale la pena

El servicio panameño por lo general no se destaca, pero este hotel se lleva el premio al muy mal servicio. El baño tenia pelos en la pared de la ducha, papel higienico usado debajo de la tabla del baño y el acolchado estaba viejisimo. Cuando le dije esto al encargado del hotel, mando alguien a limpiarlo 4 horas despues. Para la proxima visita, me voy a premiar evitando este hotel. Creeme, no vale lo que te quieran cobrar.

Old Hotel Facilities

Cons: everything
My stay was no good. 7AM i woke up with a lot of nice because they were remodeling the building. Pool very small, no as showed on the picture. You can connect only one device on wifi, if you want to connect more you have to pay. It is an old building. I will not return.

Great location, bad everything else

Great place to stay in Panama. Make sure you get a room with good a/c and with city views. The pool views rooms are surprinsingly noisy. When arrives I was supposed to get a king size bed and they placed me in a queen bed bedroom. Then i was sent to a room with a/c problems. The following morning around 6:00 AM power went out aparently only in my room. I asked for a change and took them 2 and a half hours to place me in another room in the same floor, which had power. The staff was very rude. If you want a better hotel for the same price, go to Hotel El Panama across the street. Continental hotel was once great, but not anymore the only good thing was the breakfast.
