The hotel staff wasn't friendly at all. The restaurant and the table place mat were a bit dirty. The hot tub was dirty also. The area was very busy and very nosy.

Mixed feelings

Very nice room. Hotel staff very helpful and courteous but not bar and restaurant staff. Great for shoppers but not for business travelers. I was looking to stay there and took a deep discount offer from expedia and I am happy of being there at that price level. Right place for that price level, not worthy regular rate

It is an old and well located hotel with a good restaurant and some good facilities. With a very few exceptions the staff is nice.

Hotel céntrico y cerca de todo.

El hotel es un poco viejo, pero el servicio y atención del personal es excelente, en especial del jefe de los Parking y bel boys, muy atento todo el personal, te orientan y ayudan a resolver cualquier cosa que necesites.

The staff were courteous and welcoming. I sprain my leg, not anywhere near the hotel, and when I arrived back to the hotel, the staff assisted me and were very concerned. I enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet, and my granddaughter loved the onsite pool and jacuzzi. The room was modern and comfortable. The location was central, the 24 hour supermarket was next door, the national bank was across the street, and the train and bus stop was 5 minutes at most of walking distance. I would definitely returned back to this hotel and recommend it to all who visit Panama City, Pa.

pretty fair/good

I think the hotel is pretty old, but it still looks good. The pool is a bit old looking but the area is like a mirage within the city...it was nice to use the jacuzzi in the afternoon. The breakfastbwas better than expected. I woould return to this hotel.

Pros: THE RESTAURANT , ROOM , WAS HANDY CAP,
Cons: THE HANDY CAP SHOWER CAN USE ANOTHER HAND RAIL , UNDER THE FACET, AND THE TOILET SHOULD BE HIGHER ,.OTHER THAN THAT IT WAS GOOD,.

ALL THE STAFF WAS EXCELLENT ,. VERY HELP FULL, THE BELL BOYS , ALL SO WITH MY HANDY CAP WHEEL CHAIR.

Not bad - Not great

Inconsistent A/C and no blankets. Bathroom was acceptable except shower head sprayed the whole bathroom.

La mayoría del personal no tiene buen trato a los clientes. Hotel viejo sin mantenimiento, gym de pena piso en muy mal estado y cero limpieza.
