El personal se esfuerza por atender bien.pero al panameño le falta conciencia del trabajo que realiza y que debe mejorar el trato al cliente. Parece estar a la defensiva o permanente desconfianza. Es cultural debemos cambiar la actitud.además entender que el trato al cliente individual es diferente al del grupo familiar. Excelente el trato del paisano Guna del Buffet.el entiende que tratar amablemente no es rebajarse. La mayoría arrogantes como es común en la ciudad.

Nice hotel

I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Continental. The hotel is really nice and at a central location in the city. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the rooms are really clean. I will strongly recommend the hotel to my friends.

Staff was very friendly!

Pros: Value, location, friendly staff
Cons: The casino wasn't open due to construction.
Stayed in February for 3 nights. It is an older hotel, starting to show its age. The rooms were very good, comfortable and clean. We ate breakfast in the hotel one morning and it was alright. What the hotel lacked in amenities and age, the employees more than made up for with their excellent service. Very comfortable and reasonably priced.

Good value

Pros: good location and value
Cons: staff didn't really know what was going on. Language barrier I think was only part of the problem.
Location: close to casinos bars and nightlife.
It has a good location. difficult to find in a rental car. room quality was average but the price was right

Pesimo

Reserve en este hotel para dar una sorpresa y el sorprendido fui yo, empezando por qué el servicio que ofrecen en la página no es lo que realmente venden, noches de habitación sin desayuno, sin mini bar, todos los servicios son adicionales y la piscina parece una pileta de peces, no se dejen confundir por las fotos, pese a tener buenas instalaciones, la atención por parte de los empleados es pésima. Nunca hubo un botones que subiera las maletas ni nos mostrará la habitación, el mini bar era una nevera totalmente vacía, los desayunos costaban más de 15USD por persona, lo cual es un robo total. El alimento que preparan en el restaurante es deficiente, con animales entre la comida y el servicio a la habitación llega con la comida fría y después de más de 40 minutos. Definitivamente no lo recomiendo, debería tener máximo dos estrellas. Definitivamente me da tristeza que la página de hoteles.com, no confirme la veracidad de los datos consignados en la misma. Nuevamente no lo recomiendo. Pesimo.
