Well located near shops and restaurants

Pros: Exactly what I've just said already
Cons: Can be pretty noisy as is situated on a very busy main street, so better soundproofing would help.
Location: Already done that
Nice hotel,older but clean with big rooms. Great bar with a pool table and the only Wurlitzer in Panama! Great location on Via España, near shops, restaurants and nightlife. Good breakfast and overall a good value stay

Great hotel

Hotel is clean and well-kept. The staff is wonderful. They make sure whatever you need is available. Most of the staff spoke English which was so helpful. I would definitely consider staying here again

Hotel is far from local Airport

The hotel was advertised as being within a mile or two of the airport when it was actually about 10 to 15 miles away that was deceptive

Very poor customer service.

Pros: Swimming pool and the bar.
Cons: Customer service.
Location: Good location.
Their staff does not make the minimum effort to satisfy the customer. You get to the reception counter and nobody approach you to help you. My daughter went to the front desk to ask for a face rag and she was told that those towels were provided just to the "executive room". I lost my toothbrush and asked if they can provide me one and I was told they do not carry those items and if I need any, I should get it in a grocery store across the hotel, which is in a main busy street. Their pillows are so small that I got pain in my neck. No complimentary coffee was provided in any area of the hotel. My husband asked for one in the restaurant and they seemed to have a problem with giving him a cup of coffee that looked like a sample cup of coffee.

centrally situated

Pros: Good location
Cons: breakfast
Location: easy shopping and right at the rapid transit
although understand renovations taking place, found deteriated since February when last there. WiFi did not work all the time.

Free WiFi is FALSE, this place is still in the 90s

Pros: Gym has 24h access, though there are no towels available in the gym
Cons: Make the WiFi good and REALLY free, not slow and limited
Location: Location is good, great restaurants around; try Riesen, Azahar, Avatar, Casa del Marisco, and Jimmy
The room was decent, though not great. Sad to see towels worn-out to the point of see-through in a supposedly 4+ star hotel. Breakfast was extremely disappointing with only one day as exception. But the worst of my stay, WiFi was not good and specially not as free as they claim, they give a password to the guest that works with only one device at a time and if you want to connect a second device you have to pay a daily fee, actually expensive

Nice hotel

I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Continental. The hotel is really nice and at a central location in the city. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the rooms are really clean. I will strongly recommend the hotel to my friends.

Staff was very friendly!

Pros: Value, location, friendly staff
Cons: The casino wasn't open due to construction.
Stayed in February for 3 nights. It is an older hotel, starting to show its age. The rooms were very good, comfortable and clean. We ate breakfast in the hotel one morning and it was alright. What the hotel lacked in amenities and age, the employees more than made up for with their excellent service. Very comfortable and reasonably priced.
