Centrally located in the heart of Panama downtown

Pros: The location is premium
Cons: Perhaps a mini micro should be in very room
Location: Excellent location for nearby nice restaurants, banks, shops
We stayed 3 nights at this nice hotel, the services provided are excellent and the staff are very professionally, the centrally location, offer and array of nearby nice restaurants, banks and shops within walking distance, the hotel offer good food plus, also parking and gym amenities can be beat. If your traveling to Panama, make it your top priority.

Hotel y servicios agradables !!!!

Muy bien ubicado en la ciudad, fácil acceso, buena comida, habitaciones cómodas y limpias. Parqueo gratuito, personal dispuesto a servir, buen gimnasio y piscina pequeña pero con buena vista a la ciudad en el piso 16.

Nice hotel but it needs a bigger pool.

Pros: The bed and ubication
Location: Walk to the Cinta Costera
This hotel is near to Multiplaza Mall and Multicomercio Mall. You can walk to CInta Costera and visit the Ciudad Vieja of Panama. I like Hard Rock Cafe next to Multicomercio Mall. Good service, good place... I recommend this hotel.

Overall, a good stay. Would recommend.

Shower in room leaked water all over the bathroom floor. Room was clean, though. Customer Service was excellent. I had a (false) emergency, and felt like I was taken seriously, and (LUZ) was excellent in handling it. Everything turned out ok, and they were great. Was charged for coffee in the lobby that we didn't drink, but they quickly reversed that charge. Lobby smelled like they were having plumbing issues. Staff was friendly and helpful. View from our room was NOT good, but will ask for better view, next time... Please send Luz our thanks, again. She was very responsive and helpful. We truly appreciated her assistance. Glad I had only misplaced my belongings. Overall was a good experience, and we would recommend staying there.

We had left a cell behind in our room, they held it for 5 days in their safe until we returned.

Large room, efficient staff, pleasant stay

One of the better hotel experiences I have had. Large comfortable bed which you can adjust to firm or soft, large room with space for bags, comfortable desk for working and checking emails, quiet room. This had just about everything I look for in a good hotel room: dark when curtains closed, quiet, good Wifi, large, comfortable bed with good linen, lots of space for luggage, large cupboard with ample hangers and hanging space, decent gym, fast lifts, efficient & friendly staff. All round a great experience.

Comfortable, friendly staff

I travel fairly often for business, and this is one of the most comfortable hotels I have stayed at. Friendly, helpful, efficient staff. One of the best hotel experiences I have had to date. Not the best neighbourhood, but the hotel itself was near perfect. Highly recommended.

trip to remember

I have an excellent time at this hotel. the only issue I have is that after leaving I was charged an extra $200 for staying when I paid in full online the day I booked the hotel! but other than that the staff and service was amazing
