Flooding in bathroom and TV didn't work

Had to change rooms twice. There was flooding in the bathroom, the TV didn't work, bath tub kept filling up due to blockage and overall quite filthy rooms. There are better options out there, avoid Hilton Garden Inn

Great hotel for business trip

Pros: Very clean and nice staff
Cons: Breakfast menu. Please add some healthy items outside thr buffet
Location: Great for the meeting and nice area for shopping and eating
The hotel is very clean and the staff is very nice. The only thing is that the restaurant is not flexible if you're not getting the buffet. I only wanted fruit and yogurt with coffee, but I had to pay $15 for the buffet. They couldn't make an exception.

A perfect hotel.

Pros: Everything - Food, room, employees, gym.
Cons: Nothing to improve.
Location: The location was perfect for me. Taxis are everywhere. It is in a safe area. It is near the subway.
The room was perfect. The food was delicious. The service was perfect. The location is perfect. The gym is well-equipped. I will always stay at this hotel when I go to Panama. To buy little items that you might need, there is a convenience store that is 100 feet away.

The A/C in our room was not working. A technician came and was able to fix it right away.

Panama stay

Hotel was pretty good for a 2 nights stay, bed was really comfortable, nice soft pillows. For those who likes pools, this hotel is not for you....no pool. Other than that hotel is great.

It is declining in its quality

Pros: location
Cons: the 15 th floor noise
Location: Many shops and restaurants
I spent 5 days at this hotel. The first night I was placed on the 15th floor. I do not recommend it. The noise of the machine upstairs kept me up, I had to change rooms at 1 am. Try to stay from 12 below if possible. Also in the same room, and maybe because a lot of people do not want to stay there, there was no hot water on, I had to call maintenance and they opened the valve for the hot water. I have stayed many times there but it is stating to feel that the quality is declining which is a pity as this hotel is located in a great area and it has no casino, which is great for me.
