Customer service was horrible in the beginning of the trip we were given drink vouchers front desk said we can get complimentary drinks anywhere in hotel. Later in the days we decided to use them but after told can only use on certain drinks after already order just a simple beer. Went to the front desk and they told us we were making it up! So asked the lady you calling me a liar she said pretty much. Other things happened the previous day's with tb not working and electricity. One manager was concerned and was going to comp us a night for all the negativity the next day they said no just half a day. Employees constantly changing the word but yet I'm the liar? Basically didn't finish our vacation at this hotel checked out early and went to another

We unfortunately ran into a sports event, staff were poorly trained to mange the caos. Screaming and singing til 3am and Hotel renovations woke us up at 8am, all of this for 4 days straight.

My son and I reserved a Jr Suite, pool view, allegedly on a 5 star luxury hotel with great location and tradition in downtown Panama. Our experience began with a 25 minute wait for bellhop and valet parking, it seems like at 4 pm they have no personal to service arrivals, finally a guy fixing his uniform and drinking an energy drink, took mu keys and unload my bags, while finishing his Red Bull. This was an awful beginig to 3 nights that included a huge room without furniture (outside 2 beads, tv and a small table) so empty our voices had echoes from the emptiness, no hot water before 0630 because "the guy that turns on the boiler gets in at 0600" we were told this by management, one and a half hour wait for a hamburger at their iconic wet bar by their insignia pool, and a sushi bar that opens.... well as soon as the sushi chef shows up, not really when it s posted. It s a big hotel, but the front desk has only one person per shift managing a line of people for check inns, check out, complains and information, so a long wait should be expected downstairs, and avoid the high floors, even thou is the best view available, the rooms are under their main event hall, so after a day of business meetings In Panama that started with no hot water, no valet available, terrible. service for dinner, my echo riddle room was. blasted by reage and salsa music until 2 am on Friday night, Saturday morning they had a revival event at 7 am.... I check out by 9. Thank God for Marriott

I reserved a king size bed! They had for me a room with two full size beds! The room was smoke smelling and their was load music by the pool side until 1100 pm could not sleep! Not recommend this hotel!

Gutes Hotel und Preis-Leistungsverhaeltnis. Service lässt zu wünschen übrig. 2 x beim Check-out, bei mir und meinem Kollegen gab es Schwierigkeiten mit dem Preis, bzw. Zahlen. Wohl überfordert.

One day pleasure stay before going to Playa Blanca, best swimming pool area in Panama City. The bar area around the pool is excellent, the restaurants are very good the steak are pricey at the grill restaurant, breakfast is very good. There are good restaurant near the hotel less pricey. Good place to stay a couple of days or a weekend in Panama City.

Tuve muchos problemas con el check out x que hubo mala comunicación entre el Depto de Reservas del hotel y Hotels.com y tuve que esperar 30min para que no me cobraran doble mi hospedaje

Pros: del hotel me gusto todo ,la comida excelente
Cons: incluir en los desayunos la arepa de harina de maiz por lo menos tres veces a la semana y el queso blanco pasteurizado
Location: muy bien sobre todo la actividad bancaria
mi estancia en el hotel la califico de muy buena,excelente atencion de todos en general sin excepcion
